Hey !! :) I have been a member here for close to a year , and mostly I have been doing research . Looking at guys gains and most of all, learning . I just want to say thanks to all the guys that inspire me .. Keep it up :) I practiced PE for a while but very sparingly
I have been insecure about myself for as long as I could remember .. So this thread is my way of making sure I stick to PE ..

My starting stats are :
NBPEL- 6 inches
Mid shaft girth- 4.5 inches

My short term goals are
NBPEL-7 inches
Mid shaft girth- 5 inches..

My routine
Wet jelqs (with kegels) - 30 mins a day
Hanging - 5 lbs for around 1 hour
( Breaks ever 20 mins )

So.. If anyone have any tips for me .. All comments are appreciated :)

Be careful with the hanging. You could have just done manual stretching you know - what’s that routine for newbies called again? :P

Seriously though, be careful with the hanging. An hour is a long time. Why not try a shorter time for now, with longer breaks to condition your penis? Is 5lbs a lot to start with? To me that’s a small bag of potatoes!!!

Also, where are the kegels? Why does everyone forget kegels? Are you warning up before doing this routine?

Are you going into hanging after the wet jelqs? Or will there be some time inbetween?

If you are starting now without any previous consistent PE, I would start out with 15min jelqing a day, perhaps even 10. It would suck to get a minor injury and having to take a week or two break because you went at it too hard in the beginning. But most of all, as you probably know, listen to your penis. Best of luck and your short term goals seem reasonable and possible if you keep it up!

Welcome to TP, doing the newbie routine till your penis is conditioned is the best option and see how your penis reacts and adjust from there. No reason to do more if you can gain equally with less.


Pre PE: 5/8/04 BPEL 6.25" EG 5"

Sorry I should have been more specific, I have been hanging over two months but not consistently, I started off with 2.5 lbs for short periods(was the lightest weight I had) , around 10 mins , then unwrapping and doing kegels to allow blood flow .
For my jelq sessions I also do a 5- 10 minute hot wrap warm up and stretch for about 5 mins before jelqing. I also do a 5-10 minute hot wrap warm down. I integrate my kegels with jelqing .
I am thinking about hanging after jelqing , but I’m not sure .. Today for instance, I jelqed for 20 mins , and about an hour after , I hung for 10 mins .. I’m not sure with the hanging to be honest, I read that its not recommended. Also on the days I didnt jelq, or don’t have time , I hang in intervals , and thats where the hour comes in, every 10 minutes or so I unwrap take alittle break and continue.
