Hey !! :) I have been a member here for close to a year , and mostly I have been doing research . Looking at guys gains and most of all, learning . I just want to say thanks to all the guys that inspire me .. Keep it up :) I practiced PE for a while but very sparingly
I have been insecure about myself for as long as I could remember .. So this thread is my way of making sure I stick to PE ..
My starting stats are :
NBPEL- 6 inches
Mid shaft girth- 4.5 inches
My short term goals are
Mid shaft girth- 5 inches..
Wet jelqs (with kegels) - 30 mins a day
Hanging - 5 lbs for around 1 hour
( Breaks ever 20 mins )
So.. If anyone have any tips for me .. All comments are appreciated :)
