Hi There fellow guys

Jus a wierd one , I don’t have the time nor the privacy to do a lot of p/e .Anyways my point being is my routine is probably something like
2days on
3 days off
Maybe another 3 days on 1 day off rather erattic , theres no constancy , yet I’ve noticed visual gains on my penis

I want to know how many other people have experienced this ?

It’s seems that the muscle is more accomodating to this routine as it’s not getting used to the every day work as some have (my theory is that your muscles get used to the exercising hence the early gains and then the tapering towards 6 to 8 month mark in gains because the muscles are used to the work by then .)

Currently 12.8cm erect

Hoping to get to 15 maybe 16cm

First off let me say welcome to Thunder’s.

Next let me say that the penis is not a muscle. Although we do equate it to weightlifting from time to time, calling it a muscle would be inaccurate.

Lastly, days off is a highly discussed topic here. It seems that for some they are necessary and for others they don ‘t need them. It is all based on the individual. For stretching I don’t take days off at all, but for my girth exercises I need to take every other day off to see the best gains.
