No Gains. Maybe been doing it wrong

Alright first post on here :) I’ve been doing PE on and off following newbie routine and no results. If anything its made me more of a “shower” but no increase to my fully erect state. Each time I stuck with it for a few months then gave up out of disappointment. Well I’m back again, right now I do the warm ups, stretches, then 20 minute jelqs and isolate compression squeeze for girth:

So I’ve been analyzing my routine and realize the instructions of jelqs and isolated compression squeeze say to do it in a “semi erect state”. I haven’t really been doing that I kinda just do the exercises and let my penis do it’s own thing as far as what state it wants to be in, usually it just goes into a sore flaccid state now that I think about it. So are you suppose to try to keep it semi erect during the whole duration of the jelqs or squeezes? If so how do you do this, do you guys like “stimulate” yourself or think about sex while your doing it?

Well, what are your stats? Since when you are doing PE? Your gains?

The jelq is supposed to be done at a semi-erect state, But I also struggle to maintain an erection during the jelqs

There dld is just sloshing around fluid retention.
