Newby can use any advice
I’ve just found this website about two weeks ago. I’d like to say that this community is awesome and the moderators are extrememly helpful. I’ve never seen such encouragement and comradery in a forum. You guys rock.
I started my routine two weeks ago and am hoping for major gains one day.
I just have a few questions:
About how long does it usually take to see any gains?
I’m one of those VERY un-endowed folks…. are there any specific ways or PE that I should be focusing on for more length?
Any other advice to a super newb would be greatly appreciated.
