Newbie Routine Doubts
Hi everyone, today I’ve started the Newbie Routine y I have the following doubts. I hope you could answer them:
Can I do the warm-up with a hot shower? I don’t have a compress.
How many stretchings do I have to do? I mean, to the front, up, down, left, right, clock sense, counterclock sense, I know that stuff. But how many and how long each one?
Also I can’t find the PC/BC muscle and I don’t fell of performing well the Kegel exercises. Any recommendation?
My starting measurements are these ones:
BPEL=6,1” EG=5,3” FL=4” FG=3,9
