I have been doing pe fore three weeks and orderd some penis pills,
And also have an acount at penis-health.
I wane gain a inch before the summer if posible this is mine routine.
Warm up 3 min
The Long Shlong 8 min
The Jelq 10 min
The Power Stretch 6 min
Horizontal Movement 5 min
Needling 3 min
Warm up 2 min
Mine routine is 3 days one 1 day of
I lift weights and cardio five times a week drink alots of water eat healty.
Wat do you guys think about this routine,should I stik whit it ore can you advice me someting better.
