Hi everyone

Bit nervous posting but I thought I’d get it out of the way. I just found this site and am pretty stoked to find a community that can share tips and gains :)

Haven’t been into PE for probably about 10 years but I’ve had success with it in the past. I think I’m about 5” now, but was sub 4 1/2 before I got into jelqing. I know that’s still small but I found it was minimum acceptable size. I’m really trying to improve my flaccid hang too which is maybe about 2”, which is somewhere I never really had any gain before.

I looked here to see if there was a guide to accurately measuring but I couldn’t fine one. Before really getting back into PE again I’d like to at least properly measure.

My goals are pretty modest, I’d like to be 6 1/2 maybe 7”, but I’d really also like to be work on my control.

Anyway, totally welcome any tips for an ex-PE who used to train daily for getting back into thing.

the illustration isn’t totally correct though, length should be measured with the ruler on the top, not from the side.

The best combo for flaccid size are short sessions of light dry jelqs through the day and leg/ab work, for me.

Just on that, pretty happy with early results. Just measured in at 136mm (5.35”) BPEL and 134mm (5.27”) MEG. Really careful about keeping measurements consistent.

Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.

Have toned down the jelq times. I was going at it a bit too heavy so I’ve focused more on stretching. Measured just now at 148mm (5.82”) BPEL and 135mm (5.31”) MEG.
