Hi everyone,

I have just discovered this site yesterday and it gives me hope that I could actually increase the size of my penis without undergoing surgery. By the way, I’m Ice, 26, an Asian.

As we all now, Asian people has smaller size of penis if compared to other races. And that is why I’m searching the net to know if there’s a way to grow the size of my penis without surgery. Right now, I’m taking my time to read all important things to know as a newbie. And asking support from all of you guys. Also hoping to find an Asian friend or mentor that could teach/guide me in my journey. But I do still welcome everyone to be my friend/mentor. I would really appreciate all your efforts to show your concerns and help.

Please forgive my bad English. I’m still in the process of improving it.

Looking forward to have new friends and mentors. Please share some important reminders/notes for a newbie.

Thank you sir. I’m reading it now. And planning carefully my own program.

Just an update guys.

For the past few weeks, I’m just doing experiment on how to execute properly the stretching and jelqing. Well, it needs time right?

But I’ve been consistent in my Kegel programs. I’m just worried about pain after I do my Kegel Program.. I’m doing 5 mins. 5 secs hold. Is it normal?
The pain I’m feeling after Kegel? Though its tolerable and wears off after a day off in my program..

Can also someone help me if I’m doing the right thing on measuring my Package. Willing to post/send my pics to show how I do it.

Pelvic floor muscles are skeletal muscles, like your biceps, they tire and need rest, everyone is different in how far they can go with their muscles, so its safer to start slow and amp it up as you condition your muscles. As for the pain try to take one week rest then proceed with the following routine

Dr. Barbara Keesling’s Kegels routine:

Every day, three times a day, flex and relax the muscle group twenty five
times. Make sure that you have isolated the muscle and that you
are not tightening your abdomen, buttocks, or facial muscles during the
exercise. Keep every other muscle in your body as relaxed as you can, and
remember to breathe evenly as you squeeze and relax.
It may take you a while to work up to twenty-five repetitions. If you are
older or overweight, you may want to start with only five or ten repetitions
and then gradually work your way up. Don’t do more than twenty-five repetitions
at a time, or your PC muscle may get sore. It will take about three
weeks for the muscle to get in shape, and then you really need to do this
exercise every day for the rest of your life. It is an important part of maintaining
your sexual fitness.

After you have done the basic PC muscle exercises for three or four weeks,
try this more advanced version. In addition to twenty-five quick repetitions,
add ten slow repetitions.Try to gradually tense the muscle for a count of
five, hold it for a count of five, and then push it back out for a count of five.
The first time you try this exercise you may only be able to do it once or
twice. Eventually, you can work up to ten repetitions. Then try a version of
the exercise where you tighten the PC muscle for a count of ten, hold it for
a count of ten, and release it for a count of ten. It may take you days or
weeks to accomplish this. How much time it takes doesn’t matter; the
improved muscle tone does.

The only reason for measuring your penis is to find out what size it is so that you can reliably know if your PE is working. So the measurement has to be repeatable.

The most repeatable method is:

For length:
Stand up straight. Have your penis erect and parallel to the floor. Bone press a ruler into the fat pad directly on the centre line of the top of your penis, until it is as close to the pubic bone as you can get it without pain. A wooden ruler is often most comfortable and you can cut the end of the ruler so it has no ‘blank bit’ and starts at zero. Record the measurement.

For girth:
Either use a seamstresses tape measure, or wrap a piece of paper around your penis (either just take a mid shaft measurement, or take a mid, base and glans measurement). Where the paper crosses, mark it with a pencil and hold it against your ruler. Whatever tension you pull the paper to, make sure that is the tension you use every time. Record the measurement.
