I began the newbie routine last week and am going to continue with it, but I was just wondering if it’s worth looking into any stretching devices, or any other types of devices that may help. When should I begin to consider using these?

I’m looking to concentrate mainly on increasing erect length at the moment.

I believe that you should do some research now on what you might want to get into. If you do not have a toughened dick, stick with the newbie routine for at least 3 mos as recommended. You will see results with that to start with overall, both length and girth. Stretching is important of course for length, but the jelq is also like using a rolling pin on bread dough. It stretches you our in both directions. So go ahead and research what you think you would like to use for length, just don’t use anything other than the newbie stuff if you are brand spankin new to PE.

You would be surprised at how much the newbie routine will help your gains in the length department. Stick to the newbie routine, I think you will be happy with the results.

Most likely you’ll start looking into devices not because you really need to but because you - like the rest of us - like the idea of a holy grail. Read Memento’s thread “instantaneous gain mechanism” (or something like that).

OKay, thx. Which stretch should I use? And can someone tell me why te hell I you always does warm wrap after you have finished ? :S is that necessary?

Before a mod swoops down on you like an owl on a mouse, read the forum guidelines on spelling, abbreviations etc. I don’t even understand what you are asking about the warm wrap. Stretches - there are lots of them, different people swear by different ones.

The newbie routine ends with 5 minutes warm wrap. I wonder why I should do it in the end ? I understand why I should do it before I Begin stretching and jelqing but I really don’t understand why I should do it in the end. Do you understand what I mean? I’m sorry that my English not is so good but I’m trying the best I can.
