New to PE. I feel really small.

I always felt like I was small and today I feel it even more. It is the first time I measured myself.

Bone Pressed Erect: 5 2/8
Erect Girth: 4 7/8 (close to 5 inches)

I have never done any workouts at all. I was thinking of buying a hanging system to focus a lot on the length increase and later I can focus on more girth.

What do you guys think? I would love to one day be 7 inches and maybe 5.5 girth.

Welcome. That is an achievable goal if you put in the time and effort. Start with the beginner routine.

Also have a massive read here. You will see you are not small. That is a hard lesson to learn no matter what size you are. Self judging and negative views can affect anyone regardless of size, work to be positive for yourself. Check a thread by Hustonwoods on affirmations to help shift your self image. First welcome to the forum.

These stuff are really hard and though to be consistent with. But it will pay off if you really have the will and the good routine, of course will not happen over night, it takes time and patience.

Do not buy any product whatsoever, just go to beginners section and follow the instructions in the text and videos and you will be on the right track. I know the enthusiasm could make you do everything :) just relax, calm down and start the routine. You will achieve what you are after. Do not promise yourself something unrealistic.

Exercise sleep exercise repeat repeat repeat.

Another vote here for newbie routine. Going too Speedy Gonzales into advanced methods and you could never experience newbie gains.

High intensity without prior conditioning could lead you into injury instead of growth.

I was the same size as you when I started PE a couple years back.
Your goals are very achievable, be consistent.

The Newbie Program is a great place to start and second starting option would be extending in my opinion.

I would strongly caution against starting with hanging. As a Newbie, your unit will respond to any initial stimulus… so start lighter, learn more about PE, and then down the road you can look at weights hanging off the unit.

Welcome to Thunders.

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn’t have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to do your exercises

Don’t forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

I’d agree with the others and say start with the basics and don’t try and go for results over night, but just get used to the life style and reading the different forums. It’ll help you feel not so small since after seeing all the different people on here and everyone is different. I think your goals seem pretty doable from what I’ve read over the years, just remember everyone is different so now rush.

Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

I started hanging April 1st, 2019 (~5 months ago) with 2.5lbs/10 hours a week
I was 5.875” BPEL …now I am 6.875” BPEL

That’s 1” in about 5 months. Start with light weight and stick with it as long as possible until you plateau, then move up the weight slowly.

After I get to the “7 inch club” I want to work on girth (i will use bathmate pump)

I didn’t do the newbie routine. I jumped straight into hanging. Everyone recommends to start with newbie routine.

First off, welcome! I would recommend starting off with manual exercises first to help condition. You can easily gain from manuals while putting in small amounts of time and effort from the get go. You’re also a lot less likely to cause some damage to ligaments that aren’t used to carrying weight. I’ve noticed I can heal quickly from manual exercises too, which is also a huge plus.

I just would make sure you don’t over do it so soon. I think exhausting your gains with manuals THEN going to something heavy like hanging would be the best game plan (which is also my plan as well.)

Also, don’t focus on your lack of size. That will get you off track and it also trains your mind to think you’re less than you are. Instead, focus on determination to gaining and how much you’re going to enjoy reaching your goal.

My stats are almost the same size as yours(actually, I’m slightly shorter). I don’t feel small. I’m also in awful shape, so I have a huge fat pad, so I look much, much smaller than I am. However, just like me, you don’t have to feel small. Being small and feeling small don’t necessarily have to be linked.

A good mindset is healthy for you and genuine confidence in yourself is good for whatever woman you’re trying to satisfy. You don’t have to have the biggest tool to get the job done. The g-spot isn’t 6 inches up the vagina, and even if it was, the more you turn her on, the more it won’t matter. She’ll think your little piggy is a big hog(ask me how I know).

So, work on the confidence and also grow that dick!

Welcome. I tried the newbie routine and it was actually a little too much for me. I got negative PIs until I cut it in half. So a little can go a long way.

I also started with a pump way too soon and I’m lucky I didn’t rip my unit off or permanently injure myself. Take it slow and you’ll make steadier gains.
