I´ve seen some actors who have a thick shaft but have small heads, weirdly small actually in proportion to the body of the cock.

Are they naturally like this or did they become like this because their PE routine was unable to enlarge the head as well?

Weird question. I didn’t know “small penis head” = “PE”. Small head have nothing to do with PE or vice versa.

Of course they can be related, if you manage to enlarge your girth but not the head then big shaft/small head (proportion wise) would be the result.

Well, since it´s first hand experience I think this last post settles it.

It probably is a little of both. My glans/shaft ratio has always been different, and as I grew w/ PE my glans or “head” grew w/ my shaft to a certain extent. So don’t assume guys with small glans/shaft ratio’s are guaranteed to have done extreme PE.

It is an interesting point though. One of the reasons I think Shorty had girth enhancement surgery is the disproportionate size ratio of his glans to girth. It would be great if my girth increased to his dimensions because I have a huge glans to match. That way my monster meat would look proportionate.

I guess a little of both. I sort of hit that familiar wall, where it may take some time to tear it down. PE can be discouraging, but last time I checked it was a lifetime commitment. I hope I could get another half inch of girth one day, which will put me where I want to be. I’m also sort of waiting for penile surgery techniques to improve. I may one day just get surgery and retire the pump and clamp if possible. Highly unlikely though. I won’t be able to do this for years anyway, considering that I am still going to be in school for a while, since it takes money to pay for these things. It would just be nice to not worry about doing aggressive forms of PE. I don’t remember the last time I masturbated without a clamp.
