New to P.E.

Hello to all here and thanks for the information that I’ve read. I’m extremely new to P.E., I’ve used a pump of medical quality before but Id rather P.E. Naturally,and would like to have a couple of questions answered if any one has the time to answer them. How many times a day should a person jelq wet or dry,and also what do the abbreviations of size mean so this way I can accurately keep growth measurements as I grow in time. I would thank all who answer like I said I’m a newbie to P.E. THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME

I jelq only once per day after warm up and stretching, some guys divide their routine. Pumping is good don’t abandoned it. Jelq as well, they both work great hand in hand. I recommend the newbie routine.

EG= erect girth
EL= erect length
Fl= flaccid length
Fg=flaccid girth
BPEL=bone press erect length
NBPEL=non-bone pressed erect length
