new stretching method
I am posting in the newbie section, but I am not a newbie to PE. I’ve been doing this for years on and off. My stats were 5” nbpel and are now about 6 1/2” bpel. Yes, you do lose gains after taking extended periods off, but these gains come back relatively quickly. Last night, I discovered a new stretch that I can feel in my tunica. At the base of your penis, push back—or into your body—the fat pad with your penis using your index and middle finger. At the same time, stretch your penis with your other hand. I use another unconventional way to jelq also. Instead of jelqing downward or straight out. I jelq upward. My routine is minimal—2 mins stretching, 5 mins jelqing.
Glad to be back on the board and spreading ideas again. Took a few years off, but plan to keep at it until I reach my goals.
