I am posting in the newbie section, but I am not a newbie to PE. I’ve been doing this for years on and off. My stats were 5” nbpel and are now about 6 1/2” bpel. Yes, you do lose gains after taking extended periods off, but these gains come back relatively quickly. Last night, I discovered a new stretch that I can feel in my tunica. At the base of your penis, push back—or into your body—the fat pad with your penis using your index and middle finger. At the same time, stretch your penis with your other hand. I use another unconventional way to jelq also. Instead of jelqing downward or straight out. I jelq upward. My routine is minimal—2 mins stretching, 5 mins jelqing.

Glad to be back on the board and spreading ideas again. Took a few years off, but plan to keep at it until I reach my goals.

I’ve used this stretch a lot (never with my routine, just when my dick is turtled and I want to stretch it out again). It feels amazing and I’ve never been sure if it was a good method or not.

Anyone have anything to say about this?

The stretch sounds interesting but I can’t quite understand how to do it. Do you push your fat pad back with one hand and stretch with the other? And if so, do you just do all the normal directions or is there a specific stretch to do. Sorry for my blonde moment.

I don’t see how this method differs to the point of calling it a new stretch method. I just did it and I see what you are saying about feeling the tunica, but beyond that I don’t see any major modification, and I also don’t see how this would cause a drastic improvement to gaining.

Care to explain?

Also jelqing up isn’t that unconventional. I do it a lot of the time.

I don’t understand something, is this all you did in order to go from 5” to 6.5” ? If so, that would save me a ton of time lol My routine is 15min. Of manual stretches and 12-15 min. Of wet jelqs. Am I doing too much?

Yeah I’ve been doing that stretch since I started too. What sort of benefits might that have?

I’LL give it a go, because I do know this type of stretch, and use it for a good, ‘full stretch’ feeling..

Something I’ve noticed with my unit, is that when I’m erect at the base, I have these two tendons(ligaments?) that hold my erection upright. My explanation is that, when I try and take out some of the force of the two ligs/tendons by pulling them back and then stretch at the same time(when flaccid of course), for me it definately has a ‘double-stretch’ effect.
Does this explanation sorta push a button Walter? If not, well.. It’s a damn good stretch, so people, try it.

Sometimes, just because we can’t immediately see the science of something, doesn’t mean it doesn’t work. But, okay, for the sake of things, let’s call it a modification.

It seems as though it takes the stretch out of the ligs and focuses ONLY on the tunica.

When I do normal stretches, I feel most of it at the base of my penis, while this stretch can be felt across the entire shaft (and not at the base at all). Basically, the same level of force is being used in a different area. Perhaps this is the key to gaining for people with low LOTs (I’m a 6:00 :( )

I agree with Thatcat in that it’s not so modified to really separate the stretch from other stretches. I’ve never done it that way before and it feels much different doing it “ligless”.

I'm consistent in spurts, but gains are undeniable!

2007: BPEL 5.5" / MSEG 4.7" / BG 5.5"

2017: BPEL 6.8" / MSEG 5.3" / BG 6"

I just can’t understand what you are speaking of guys; maybe it’s the TOW stretch?

Start out with a normal, manual stretch: straight ahead. Then make a light OK grip at the base of your penis with your other hand. While still stretching normally, pull the OK grip towards your fat pad (no insult intended :) ).

You are basically stretching your dick from two points instead of one, like you’re pulling on a rubber band. You should feel a stretch across the whole shaft (not on the ligs at all). The way I think about it is that you are pushing the ligs out of the equation with your OK hand. All that’s left to stretch is the tunica.

Hope that makes sense. I would consider it a new stretch because it focuses specifially on the tunica (generally hard to do, so I have read). I’d like to hear what you think about it.

Reading comprehension tells me, he said 5npel, and 6 1/2 bpel. Those are 2 different things unless he just made a mistake.

July 2016 BPEL=7" EG=6.75"
