Hi All,

Just a quick post. I have just come across this site and have started to Jelq and stretch my penis.

My main reason is to try and increase the length of my member. I haven’t taken any proper measurements yet, but I estimate that I am about 5 - 6 inches fully erect. Not great, but average.

I am hoping that this will be a positive regime that I can follow and increase the size of my penis. I have a bit of a problem holding my cock for stretching. I have been using the hooked V, but this isn’t entirely successful.

Does anyone have any tips on how to hold my cock during stretching? I am uncut, so my foreskin might be an issue.

What are your thoughts and suggestions?

If your grip is slipping, use a square of toilet paper to help you grip. You may need to pull your foreskin back (sensitive to start with, but it’ll get used to it after a few sessions). Grip with the glans (head) of the penis in the palm of your hand, with the grip (whatever type of grip works best for you) a little behind the glans on the shaft. You should be pulling from the shaft, not the glans, but having the surface area of it in contact with your palm will increase surface area and help your grip.

Yep so far been doing the fowfers whenever I can especially at my office desk. Noticed a big change in flaccid hang do far exactly what I wanted. I’m a big guy 6’5 300lbs just want my head to touch my butthole eventually.

How do you manage it at your office desk?

Just tuck it back there and sit on it. Just figure out how you keep leverage. To me its best of all worlds nice relaxing stretch, lots of heat from thighs and cheeks and can go 10-20 minutes. Of course the feeling takes a while to get adjusted to my nut sack felt squished at first. I will try to post a link to a great article on pegym.

Its actually not that painful and really gets me a relaxing stretch. You would be amazed at how quickly you get used to it. Especially if your a turtler like me. Makes a huge change in that.
