New Member - Question about Cardiovascular Exercise and PE

New Member - Question about Cardiovascular Exercise and PE

Firstly, I am a complete newbie. I’ve been reading the forums for a few weeks now. My current erect stats (as accurately as I can currently measure) are: 7” BPEL 5.1” EG. The last time I measured was when I was 20 and I was 6.5” BPEL but perhaps it was thicker then (I am now 28). My goals are 8” BPEL, 6” EG, improved erection quality and improved sexual function. I am hoping for half of this in one year.

I used to be a long-distance runner. When I was 18-21 my erections were very frequent and very hard. I could get a full erection in a matter of seconds just by thinking about it with no visual queue. After 21, I became a weight lifter and ceased to run with much frequency. My erections are not stellar now, just alright and occasionally very full - I think below my potential.

My question is: Do you think long-distance running or other cardio-vascular exercises significantly improve erection quality and penis blood circulation, and thus facilitate PE gains? I am thinking of starting an intense long-distance running program to prime myself for the beginner PE routine.

Another thing - would it make sense to buy the Vac-Extender to hold on to my newbie gains as much as possible when they come?

Thanks Thunder’s Place I look forward to making my dick bigger!

IMHO, a cardiovascular exercise is always beneficial. A better overall blood circulation can improve the penis’ one, too.
Maybe you could alternate weight lifting with running. I believe a correct life style, with an efficient body weight control, a good nutrition, and ultimately a good health, can be useful for all parts of the human being.

During the first period you will likely want to follow the newbie routine, only.

CV exercise is excellent for the penis. If you are still in very good shape from the weight training, it is more likely that the change in erection quality has more to do with the fact you are not 18 to 21 any more. A combination of jelqing and slightly upping your CV work will bring them back as close to those erections as you will get.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

I’m going to start running 3 times a week for 15 minutes starting next Monday. I’m already having some nice gains without running, I wonder how much effect it will have. Reading around in this forum has helped me a lot, almost everyday I read something that will help me improve my PE and my English. =)

Start: 5.75 inch BPEL 4.75 inch girth BSEG (Nov 1 2007)

Current: 7.4 inch BPEL 5.4 inch MSEG 5.75 inch BSEG (Oct 24 2009)

Goal: 7 inch NBPEL 5.5 inch EG=> New Goal: 7.75 inch BPEL 5.75 MSEG

Thanks. I am planning to do 2 sets of high-rep squats, 2 sets of incline press and 3 sets of pull ups every week. Luckily my office has a full gym and I can work out in my office clothes. For CV work I will start at around 5km, 4 times per week and work my way up a bit as time goes on. The thing about weight lifting is that my fascia are stretched as much as I want them to be so holding onto muscle mass is not too difficult for me anymore.

I plan on doing the Newbie routine. What I wonder is this: would I hold on to a larger percentage of newbie gains if I used the VacuExtender for 8 hours on the days that I PE?

Current Measurements: 6.75" BPEL, 5.375" EG

I suspect you are right, but I am still investigating a few other options. I just ordered some fish oil capsules with a particularly high proportion of EPA for cognitive function. I may take a fairly high dose - around a gram of EPA and 250mg of DHA with some other omega 3s mixed in.

I had a crappy diet for a few years. Really crappy. I fixed that in the past 6 months and my erections are better. Maybe I just need to run a lot and eat lots of veggies and fish. That and PE, of course.

From experience, if you run a lot more, like 4 miles per day, at least 4 days per week, you may begin to feel a general well-being, a high. You don’t have to be fast - I was never very fast when I competed - but you do have to push yourself.

IMHO if you are relatively new to PE exercises you are risking to put too much strain on your member. Personally I would do only newbie routine exercises now; you could try them for 3 months and only then decide if there has been a bit of adaptation so you can adopt more advanced routines and some devices.

As a distance runner I’m going to have to say that running has improved my sex life dramatically. My sex drive is much higher than back when I didn’t run and I can exert myself much harder for much longer periods of time (useful in all walks of life, but not without merit in the bedroom).

I was a powerlifter for a number of years and while I miss the strength, and I miss the heavy iron I don’t miss carrying all the extra weight on my body.

Keeping in shape is just a good idea, but I would highly recommend running to anyone as for my money the conditioning has the most benefit in day to day life of anything I’ve ever done for recreation.

Take your time, pick a simple routine you can stick to, and be consistent in your efforts. Patience is the key.

You think any cardio is the same i.e. cycling just as good as running for penis health? I plan on doing 10-15min interval training 2 or 3 times per week. Enough to keep me fit but not to loose any muscle mass.

I know from past experience, erections are better when I used to do cardio/sports compared to only weightlifting. And also that cycling can be bad for your balls, cock etc due to seat but that’s only long-distance (time) cycling IIRC?

Also, I actually prefer jogging (especaily mentally- endorphins feel good factor etc) but it really causes me to get skinny quick and I’m trying to gain weight.
