New in PE Need some help
Hello everybody! I am new in PE. I found out about this forum yesterday from a bodybuilding forum!
Let me tell you my story!
I am 20 years old and I have just measured my penis in erection! I have 17 cm (6.7 inches) in length and 14 cm (5.5 inches) in girth. I read that this is around the normal size but since I’ve been doing bodybuilding for 3 years now my penis looks smaller than it is because I am tall ( I am 186 cm = 6.1(six foot one)) and I have very thick legs. My girlfriend said that she is happy with my penis size but I would like to gain one more inch in lenght and at least 0.5 in girth!
The problem is that I do not know what exercises to do and how to them right! I would be very grateful if someone could tell me how to do this and for how long should I do it ( I mean how many reps, how many days a week, how many minutes a day) since I am a beginner. Perhaps someone more experienced could develop a routine for me.
I have read something here and I understand how some exercises work but I would appreciate if someone could explain in detail how a certain exercise should be performed correctly. I believe that an exercise that is not done correctly is inefficient and could lead to injury, just like in bodybuilding!
Or if you don’t have time maybe you could redirect me to another site where I can read about exercises.
