Hello all I am going to give PE another shot. I’ve tried it in the past but gave up on it a few weeks into it. Anyway my stats are roughly 5.5 erect and 5 girth. I am going to keep a log book and pictures. I have always been somewhat self confident about my size. Anyway I would like to try and add a inch to both erection and girth. I will be starting the newbie routine today any advice would be greatly apprectiated. Thanks all and I’m looking forward to getting to know everyone.

Only advice I would give is be consistent. That’s the most important thing of all. If I were to say anything else it would be ‘don’t skip your warm-ups’.

Welcome back jxxxj! Consistency, warm up, and don’t get the mind set that your going to gain a lot in short periods of time no good can come of it. Is your length measurement bone pressed on top of the penis? Or non-bone pressed. Also is your girth mid-shaft girth?
