I am doing some manual stretch sessions (I don’t time there.I’d say 5-10 mins long) jelqs (20 mins) and a squeeze I thought would help (3, 30 second squeezes)

What I want to know is, what would be the ideal rest time? I am doing 2 days on an 1 day on. Is this too little? Should I do two days on two days off?

Also I’m a bit insecure about the squeezes.my unit gets very red and seems as though it’s about to burst (the veins also become very visible). When I do the squeeze, I get my dick about 80%-90% erect, kegel in blood, and with my hand squeeze the penis so that no blood can escape.

Criticism and tips welcome

I would think that’s pretty good but maybe increase it to 3 or 4 days on.

The PE routine is fine.

Two days on two, days off is good.

As long as you don’t have any pain doing squeezes they are OK. But if your not sure about them I would not do them until you have a complete understanding of the method best used.

Could you link me a thread that could educate me about squeezes? I’ve been a long time lurker and read about them months ago.

I will do two days on two days off. I was PEing for a month before and did not see any gains at all (I did get better erections though.and my flacid state became bigger)

Not gaining quickly is not necessarily a bad thing. Just make sure you don’t start having any problems with your erections. Basically what I’m saying is don’t push too hard too quickly just for gains. I’ve had problems with this before and still do when I don’t control myself. Just be careful and stick to the newbie routine for the first couple of months.

Agreed, I made this mistake once and I could not get a proper erection the next day. But the day after, I was a steel rod. Most people I have read who used the newbie routine got best results out of minimum training. I personally did well with not even completing the newbie routine in its entirety. In fact, im still building up to 300 jelqs. Take your time and enjoy it, youve got the rest of your life to increase unit size!
