Need New Routine After 5 Months

Can anyone help me with a new routine also it should be for a 1 on 1 off routine. I have been doing the newbie routine for 5 months and I feel I need a change.

The routine I used to do was

1 on 1 off routine

3 Mins Warm Up (100 Kegels)
Stretching (Squat and stretch downwards x10, left x10) as I have a right curve
150 Jelqs
10, 10 second Jelq and hold
3 Mins Warm Down

I gained a bit but I think I have hit a plateau. But I need a routine that help gains whilst doing it 1 on 1 off.

What do you want to gain, length, girth, both?

Well my measurements are 6.5 BPEL and 4.4 EG. My short term goal is 7 x 5.

Length routine:

7x3 min regular stretching
2x3 min invented v stretching
2x3 min two way stretch
4x15 JAI stretches
10 min low intensity (20-40% erection) jelqing

Girth routine:

2x10 min of clamping
10x15 sec Ulis
10x15 sec horses
5 minutes of high intensity (60-80% erection) jelqing

Also do:
5x20 seconds Amazing Isometrics.

This routine has given me excellent gains, the same can happen to you.

Mark has given you the video for JAI stretches, so that should be clear to you. There is also an Uli video, which can be found at the page Mark has posted.

Unfortunately there don’t exist any videos for the other exercises. Do a search, you can find your answer there.

PC Flex’s and Jelqing @ the same time..

1- warm up
2- stretch 6 way, all stretches are with very hard pull (done in reps)
A- out
B- up
C- down
D- v
E- right
D- left
3- PC flex
4- grip (o.k)
5- pull away from body very slowly hand over hand (1 set of 100)
6- rest for a min. Or two
7- repeat 3-6 until 300 reps are complete
8- repeat 2- a-d
9- warm down
On my work out days I power stretch (front and up) all most every hour (when I need to pee), days off I only pull enough to Jelqing full of fresh blood to keep heavy and low.
I do 3 days on 1 day off 2 days on 1 day off.
