Need New Routine After 5 Months
Can anyone help me with a new routine also it should be for a 1 on 1 off routine. I have been doing the newbie routine for 5 months and I feel I need a change.
The routine I used to do was
1 on 1 off routine
3 Mins Warm Up (100 Kegels)
Stretching (Squat and stretch downwards x10, left x10) as I have a right curve
10, 10 second Jelq and hold
3 Mins Warm Down
I gained a bit but I think I have hit a plateau. But I need a routine that help gains whilst doing it 1 on 1 off.
