Hi all :) I’ve been reading over these forums and I have to say there is a huge amount of information to go through. What exercises are best for gaining girth and not much length? My wife doesn’t need any more length since I hit bottom fairly easily but due to our “hobbies” of the past 15 years she definitely needs more thickness. I really want to concentrate on that because I do get carried away sometimes and don’t want to make it too uncomfortable for her lengthwise. Juan out.

Don’t dive straight into a heavy girth routine …

Get yourself conditioned with teh newbie routine for a couple months and then start to experiment with clamping and semi-erect wet jelques


Starting (10 / 2011): 6.50 BPEL, 5.50 MEG

Current: 7.50 BPEL, 6.00 MEG

Goal: 8.50 BPEL 6.50 MEG

What is your length? Just curious.

7.75” bpel. I think that’s the right term.

So about 7.25 none bone pressed?

More like 7.5.. I’m sorta skinny and don’t have that much fat there but I haven’t measured it that way yet.

Juan, my personal opinion-

Whether you want length or not, you’re probably going to need to do exercises that seem like they’re for length only - like stretching, and eventually hanging. Jelqing, squeezes, clamping, and the like probably won’t get you far by themselves. You’ll notice that most of the good gainers (both in length and girth) used hanging at some point. Nobody is certain why this is, but I think it’s because you need to stretch the connective tissue and tunica and stuff in order to increase the blood capacity.

Ok, thanks scienceguy I’ll just do the newbie routine and worry about details later. I may not have to worry about it anyway. It seems I have the dorsal thickening or septum thickening or whatever. I think I could hang a truck off of it.:)

You’re right, at 7.75 bpel you’re plenty long. Scienceguy is right, too, you’ll have to do a well rounded workout in the early stages following the newbie routine. At least that’s how I feel about it. For instance, I gained base girth from hanging.

I’ve been on hiatus for almost two months, but before my break I was doing nothing but girth work. Clamping, pumping and dry jelqs. You still have to be careful, because you can inadvertently gain length with pumping, and clamping.

What is you erect girth measurement?

Thanks for the welcome :) Erect girth is 6”. I would like to get to 6.5” at least. I have a bad curve to the left and from what I’ve read it’s due to a smaller cc? On the left side.. I figure if I can get it straightened out it would increase the girth as well.

I’m sure you know from reading here, but you do have a really large girth to compliment your length. Many would say you have the ideal penis size or close to it. But…you do have a wife and you know what she wants/needs, so if you’d like some more girth then go for it.

Dude. You’re packing a real monster. If I could reach your stats I think I’d just do a mainenance routine, but hey, to what makes you feel good.

Yes, 7.5 nbp x 6 is beyond my goad, but to each his own.

To answer your question, stick with the newbie routine.


Start: (Aug 2001): 6 1/2 bpel x 4 7/8 mseg

Current: (6/24/14): 7 3/4 bpel (7 nbp) x 5 5/8 mseg. BEG 6 1/4. BPFSL 8 1/8.

Goals: First: 7 1/2 bpel x 5 1/2 mseg ACHIEVED! Current Goal: 7 nbp x 5 3/4 mseg (almost there!)

Well my problem is sorta self induced. As I said in my first post my wife and I have been into certain hobbies for the past 15 yrs or so that have left her quite “loose”. I didn’t know it was a problem until recently when she told me that she was having a hard time feeling me like she used to. Of course it felt like she hit me in the head with a hammer when she said that! So basically we have set aside all hobbies so we can concentrate on trying to make it like it used to be. She is also doing exercises but she doesn’t know I am.

I don’t know about any of you guys but this inferiority complex (as dumb as it is) has tortured me for as long as I can remember and has caused many problems in our relationship. Hopefully this forum and it’s members along with PE will help me get over it :) Actually it’s already helping a bit as she’s noticed the difference in EQ. Anyway thanks guys for the help :) Juan out.
