My Experience and reviews of Heat Sources

I’ve been trying to find the easiest, most time efficient and heat absorbent method to warm my own. These reviews are the common highlighted results of my experience. In no way does this constitute everything I’ve tried or as any intelligent science. It’s just my trivialities with each that I’d like to share as well as an experiment at the end which seems to be working (see heated pump).

Reusable Cold & Hot Compress
Directions: Heat the compress in the microwave for intervals of 20-30 seconds or boil.

Ease of Use: 3.5 +-0.5/5
- It’s easy to use but the heat required goes out of it and if I want to do another stretch at the end of my session. Requires more maintenance if I want good heat absorption to add a damp cloth.
Time of Setup/Maintainability: 3.5/5
- It takes roughly 3 minutes to prepare it.. More if it’s from frozen. Another minute or so to reheat.
Heat Absorption: 3.5 +-0.5 / 5
- Absorbs great with a cloth and okay without
Disturbance: 3.5/5
- It’s fairly minimal, though microwaves can be noisy at night.

Heat Lamp
Directions: Lamp, point in general area, heat, sweat some.

Ease of Use: 4/5
- Set it and forget it.. But watch out for your cock! Maybe forgetting isn’t such a good idea after all.
Time of Setup/Maintainability: 4.5/5
- Plug and Play. Keeps on producing.
Heat Absorption: 4/5
- Absorbs heat well.. So does your balls. I’m a bit concerned about this as I heard about high heat and dead sperm. I like my sperm.
Disturbance: 4.9/5
- Virtually none

Heating Pad
Directions: Turn on pad and try to flex around the penis without burning. After I found it was best to put the heating pad around a cylinder from a pump and do it that way.

Ease of Use: 3/5
- Switch it on, but be careful as there are ‘hot zones’ because of the wires running through. There’s a good chance of scolding accidentally or not getting warm.
Time of Setup/Maintainability: 4.5/5
- Plug and Play. Keeps on producing. Fairly quick to setup
Heat Absorption: 2.5/5
Maybe it’s the way I used it: I found it hard to achieve any acceptable level of surface area contact
Disturbance: 4.5/5
- Virtually none

I then tried to pursue the use of the heating pad to heat up my reusable hot and cold compresses for an end of session but the pad wouldn’t get warm enough for that. After that I finally deconstructed my heating pad and tearing out it’s guts to form the new Heated Pump.

Heated Pump
Directions: Plug in it, flick a switch. Insert Penis into hotter than room temperature on very low pressure. Insert a little water if you want more moisture floating around. Instant Sauna.

Ease of Use: 4/5
- I’m constantly plugged in now so no more walking around detached from the pump. I can remove my penis and do a stretch any time.. The tube stays warm for me.
Time of setup/Maintainability: 4/5
- It’s easy to setup. Cleaning is more difficult though.
Heat Absorption: 4.5/5
- Best heat retention I’ve had thus far.
Disturbance: 4.5/5
- No sound.


Have you tried a Rice sock, I really liked that back when I had the privacy to do so.

I have, but much like the hot and cold compress I’ve have trouble with it staying warm enough for use over half an hour later. What happens is I will get the compress/rice-sock warm enough but not too hot to burn, then I like to do a warm-down stretch but the compress/rice-sock isn’t warm enough at that point so I have to get up and the like.

I like rice sock, you don’t have to reapply heat like you have with hot wrap in hot watter. I warm it up and the head lasts 10 minutes and it isn’t wet like hot wrap.

For pumping, I prefer the Kaz Smartemp microwave heatpad that I can wrap around the cylinder. 4.5 minutes of microwave gives 45 minutes of heat.…87cd485b1c71a11 You can find it at Target for about 13 bucks.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Which Heating Pad brand and model did you use to make the Heat pump?


I have a heating pad I got at WalMart that works well:)

It’s possible to warm it up indirectly by laying on the pad;)

Thus heating your blood before it even enters your penis:)

What do you think about the “warm shower” method of warm-up/down?

I find that my skin is too dry or something with shower method. It just doesn’t feel right for some reason - doesn’t feel like i’m warmed up and every bone in my body tells me not to go yanking my yoke at this point!

I have privacy issues too so rice sock is out of the question.

Does anyone know what kind of shop sells heating pads?
