Longer Heat Times

Does a longer than the standard heat time (10-12 min.) add much of anything? I use a heat pad and I’ve read that heat is an extremely crucial element to the workout. But has anyone here have any good reports on the effect of the length of time using heat?

I’ve increased the heat time both before and after workouts. I now heat 10 minutes before stretching and 2x10 minutes after my jelq session. I believe the initial heat helps with the stretching. My ligs seem to not be as tight and it takes a shorter amount of time to get the tightness out. After the jelq sessions, I’m trying to keep the blood flowing to aid healing. Again, I’m not sure if it helps, but I’m just sitting while the heat is on, so it’s not a big deal.

I like the infrared lamp because it keeps the heat throughout the PE session. If you use a heat pad, just keep re-warming when your penis cools down to normal temperature, or before. Keeping the tissues warm throughout the session will increase benefits.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.
