I have been doing PE on and off for the last year. Doing it in 2-3 month periods then stopping, then starting again. My routine consists of stretching Jelqing, squeezes and clamping.

Over this perioid I have tried different methods of heating, from warm water, IR lamp to wet cloth. Well in the last month I have gained almost half an inch in length and I attribute this to applying consistent heat during my stretch sessions, and I dont mean heat comiog from an IR lamp. In this last month I kept wrapping my cock with a hot cloth after every 2 minutes of stretching. This ensured that it stayed hot and moist which allowed me to really stretch the tunica via reverse-v stretches. I immediatelly did the reverse-v’s when taking the cloth off, and as soon as my dick colled down a little I would do some lig pulls, then reheat with the warm moist cloth again, doing this for 20 minutes.

I now believe that one is wasting alot of time and energy by stretching a cooled down dick as I think we not only need the heat, but the moisture as well, in our penises, so that the collagen becomes malleable. Maybe for lig stretches too much heat might not be neccessary, but to actually extend and lengthen the tunica, moist heat is defenitly a must, maybe more important then the actual technique used, IMO.

I’ve gotta say, since the beginning of my PE career, I’ve used a microwaved rice sock. Just a few days ago, I started submerging my dick in a skinny glass filled with hot water, and the difference was immediately noticeable. My dick was like a new form of malleable, plump sort of meat there. Did not feel the same as with the hot rice sock. So maybe you’re onto something with the moist heat there, who knows.

Interesting. I too was wondering about moist heat as I was thinking that I tend to turtle more in dry weather, and hang better in the humidity.

I wonder if using a humidifier while PEing could be the secret ingredient.

That is definitely an interesting approach to using heat. People have always said to use heat throughout sessions but that was mainly referring to some sort of lamp. I may try out this method and see what it does for me. I just hope it won’t be too tedious having to reheat every couple of minutes (I do a lot of stretching).

Good info persian. I use all three components of heat for my PE sessions. I’ve been sticking my penis in a warm to hot glass of water for 5-10 minutes before I start every PE session. During my hanging sessions I do wrap a hot rice sock around the base of my dick and have my portable heater about 2-3 feet away from my dick with my balls safely out of the way.

Heat is definently a major component when it comes to achieving CREEP and plastic deformation.

Any doctor will say that moist heat is the best heat for helping with muscles and tissue. I’ll have to give this a try since I’ve only been using dry heat with a heating pad. Thanks for the reminder.

The key here, I believe, is to let the steam from the wrap penetrate deep into the penis by wrapping it hard enough. And keep doing it through out the session. You will definitely notice the extra stretch, specially the reverse-v’s if you are using both your hands at the same time. Its like taking a elastic band and stretching it, you really feel that in the tunica, as opposed to when the penis is dry you dont feel that internal stretch. Oh and I definitely do not turtle anymore since going this route.

That is what I needed to hear - the part about not turtling anymore. I definitely need to stop turtling.

Moist heat will penetrate much faster than ‘dry’ heat - when I used to use a gel pack for heat, I always wrapped it over a damp cloth for that reason. But IR still penetrates better than moist heat. Having said that, clinically, I use localised IR on muscles, ligs and tendons, but used to use moist heat when working on larger areas, when I used to do more lymphatic drainage etc..

OK, here’s a new heat idea if you want to try moist heat. Make a ‘rice’ sock, but instead of using rice, fill it with densely packed cotton wool; moisten it. Microwave on a plate until at desired temperature. Alternatively, just have a large bowl of hot water by you and soak the sock, then wring it out and use, re heating often.

If you like that method, you may want to make a cotton wool packed ‘pillow’ of the right size for you. If you stitch across it with your mum’s sewing machine at inch squares, the cotton wool won’t move about, and you just created ‘firegoat’s ultimate cotton penis pillow’ - (fucpp for short!) :rofl:


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Hey skeebo. CREEP is basically temperary deformation of soft tissue from stretch forces placed on to it. CREEP is what soft tissue goes through before it hits plastic deformation. Say for example that your bone press flaccid stretch is 7 inches without any manipulation. Know lets say after 3 hours of hanging now your penis can stretch out to 7.3 inches. The reason for this is because of CREEP. The tissues in the penis slowly CREPT beyond its elastic limit from 7 inches to 7.3 inches during the 3 hours of hanging. CREEP however is not perminant and if no other hanging was done after that day then your new bone pressed flaccid stretch of 7.3 inches will go back down to 7 inches within a hour or two. After so many days, weeks or months of your penis constantley going into the CREEP phase hitting 7.3 inches stretched length from it’s orginal 7 inches stretched length, the tissues will eventually break through the CREEP phase into the plastic deformation phase. The plastic deformation phase is the main goal to reach and in my opinon is responsible for the size increase in one’s penis. But before plastic deformation takes place the tissues have to go through the CREEP phase and the quickiest way to hit CREEP aka termporary deformation is with constant heat applyied to the tissues.

The CREEP Phase is also a good reason why wearing an ADS after a PE session is so important. The ADS will keep the penis’s CREPT length in place while healing and celluar remodeling takes place increasing the chance of perminant deformation.

"Doing this for 20 minutes.” Does this mean the routine itself takes about 20 minutes? That seems like a reasonable stretching time.

I can understand why steam would be a good choice, I personally have the IR light because it penetrates also but for those who don’t know steam is what “can” gives 4th degree burns if enough heat and pressure is applied. Obviously a hot cloth won’t do it but the steam as you know opens pours and goes deep into the skin which is why it’s able to heat as well as it does.
