Hi everyone. I’ve been starting up a routine again (I keep getting distracted!), and I’ve run into a bit of a problem: The videos aren’t much help, because the guy’s penis is so much bigger than mine.

I’ve got a very small penis, 5.1 inches NBPEL and like 2.5 inches flaccid. I can’t fit my whole hand over the non-tip portion of it while it’s flaccid to do the stretches like they were done in the videos and pictures, so I’m very confused about what kind of grip/how many fingers should be in the grip, etc. Etc.

Should the ‘grip’ be clamped around the sides of the penis? It seems hard to position, and a close call to being close to pulling on the penis head, which I understand is very, very bad.

Any tips would be most appreciated.

I am smaller than you and I noticed the same thing about the videos. Don’t use your whole hand—-just stretch with how ever many fingers fit on the shaft.

Fou-lu — I started with a similar sized flaccid, maybe shorter. A few tips.

Make sure you do AT LEAST 10 minutes of heated warm-up before stretching. I use a rice sock heated in the microwave. Besides preparing the tissue for being stretched, this will help your flaccid “relax” and lengthen.

Shake your penis out for about 30 seconds before you start to get a little blood into it. This will help your flaccid “relax” and lengthen even more. Do the same thing between every stretch.

If you are having a hard time keeping a grip, wear a pair of latex rubber gloves. You can get them at the drugstore in packs of 50.

Be sure to warm down after your workout, again at least 10 minutes.

At some point in your PE career you will find that your flaccid has become longer. So it gets easier to do the stretches.

P.S. kingpole pointed out to me once that caffeine can really affect the size of your flaccid. More caffeine = smaller hanging flaccid. He has cut it out completely. I am not strong enough to do that, but I cut back, and I did notice better hanging flaccid.

If you are only stretching, yes warm up pre workout, but cool down post workout. If you end with jelqing, not stretching, then yes do a warm down.

Jelqing is much more important IMO for the health of your dick and gains than stretching. What is your current routine?

Yes, stakool is correct in that when your penis grows the exercises become a hell of a lot easier. Also, the more stretching the better IMO.

Ouch! I’m a huge coffee and Mt.Dew consumer, so this one will hurt. I’m pretty badly addicted to caffeine, I doubt I can stop.

Caffeine doesn’t have an effect on gains or on erect length, does it?

Thanks for the tips!

One more question: When I do my stretches, I usually only have room to apply pressure from 1 or 2 fingers in the “OK” grip (the guy in the video basically grasps his entire penis and stretches it with his whole hand, I can only do it with 1 or 2 fingers actually providing pull on the shaft). I want to avoid pulling on the head of my penis at all costs, correct?
