Manual stretch- position matters?

Manual stretch- position matters?

So, I’ve been manually stretching for a good while (no results yet but I’m patient) and was wondering- does position make a difference? As in, does it matter if one’s standing/sitting/lying? I’m asking as it’s more convenient for me to do stretching while sitting, but if that’s not good for result I’ll happily change.

I get the longest flaccid hang and in turn the best stretch from sitting down at the edge of the toilet.

Also, laying down allows for better upward stretching.

I warm up with shower head at my groin for 10 minutes, gradually turning up heat. Then I use electric heat for during my routine. These are very important for stretching.

Began Penis Enlargement in August 2016. My immediate goal is 6.25 x 4.75.

Starting health information: Age 46, Weight 225 lbs, Aerobic fitness poor, Muscular fitness poor.

Starting penis information: BPEL = 5.625, EG mid-shaft = 4.375, NonBPFL = 2.25, FG = 3.5

A small room electric heater.

I’m well aware of heat and use a wet hot cloth for warmup/down and a IR lamp for in-between heat :) I’m thinking more about positioning and muscle influence on that.

But point on laying down well taken- thanks!

Also, if you have a detachable shower head, give it a shot for warmup once. I use to the warm cloth but had to keep warming it up, it was inefficient to me.

I have a ledge seat in the shower, and that works great. Lying down helps with relaxing, and it helps me calm down before going to sleep. Some stretches are easier in different positions, but keep this in mind — when measuring, always use the same position and posture. Hip and pelvic positions play a part in that measurement for about 1/4-1/2”.

I agree with you Saul! All the details matter when measuring. Standing or sitting. Is the ruler perfectly straight and parallel to the floor? Are you holding the ruler straight with one hand and holding your dick straight with the other hand? Or are you letting your dick go and letting it push up and touch the ruler on its own?

So many details can change your measuring like Saul said by up to 1/4”.

I’m actually doing quite a bit on heat as it’s so easy- I use a (very) hot wet cloth to warm-up and have an nice IR lamp in use while stretching & jelquing, then use a hot cloth and shower to warm-down. This is mainly because the hot cloth is simple to use, the IR lamp is powerful enough to be of no fuss while working and I time things so that I take a shower anyways. I think I got heat well sorted :)
