Can't Manual Stretch

Hello people well I’ve noticed that I can’t manual stretch. I’m uncut and can only do it with the skin over, but everyone keeps saying that it is only stretching the skin not the ligs etc. Theres no way I can do it with the skin rolled back it just hurts the head too much and I don’t even get a stretch.

How can I overcome this?

Does the AutoADS require you to roll the skin back?

Anyhelp is greatly appreciated.

I may not have foreskin, but when I first started doing manual stretching it hurt my glans as well. I got used to it, and now it doesn’t hurt anymore. But I’m not sure how it’s not stretching at all for you.

Cheers for the reply. It’s just so sore on the glands and then my grip slips over them. I’m just about at the stage of giving up and just doing a varied jelq routine but I want length.

I stretched my entire PE time (10 months) with foreskin over my glans. Haven’t run in something negative.

It took me some time until I got used to stretching for more than a few seconds. I’m uncut.

Is it better, when you put a towel around the glans?

But to my other question do you have to pull back the skin to get a stretch with the autoADS,

I’m also uncut and it has been a great advantage as far as manual stretching is concerned. I don’t do it with the skin over the gland but between it an my hand. It’s comfortable and has worked for me

Just engorge the head a little bit in order to stretch it better

Just leave the skin there, you’ll be ok.

A question, when you pull the skin back, where are you gripping for the stretch?

Yes, the AutoADS does require this.

Well at first I was gripping a tad below the glands but that just plain didn’t work so I started gripping right below the glands but that never worked out either.

Cheers about the AutoADS question, would you get no benefits of it if the skin was over.

Try gripping midshaft with the skin pulled back.

The AutoADS would slip off if you wore it with the skin over the glans, I would think….

I am uncut. I first started stretching wih the foreskin over the glans and now I am doing it other way round. Pull the foreskin back grab the glans in an OK grip and stretch. I think this way is more effective somehow.

Hahaha, I’ve been trying to figure this out too. I’m also uncut and it hurts everytime I grip my glands! It’s like a burning sensation. However, if I grip midshaft and try to stretch, the skin would move back and my fingers would move a long with it. I’m not sure if I’m explaining it clearly, but in short, when I grip midshaft and I try to stretch, my skin moves up and so does my hand. Any ideas?

Just leave your foreskin over the glans. Put some blood in the glans for a better grip and make an OK grip just behind your glans. I gained 3.75cm in 10 months this way.
