At this stage I don’t have the time or money to buy devices or hang. I’m starting the newbie routine.

With dedication and a strong 30-40 minute manual routine (maybe a few Jelqs and stretches snuck in through out the day, and some mild Flowfing) can I expect to see some solid gains?

After reading some of the things about CREEP and Plastic deformation, I’m concerned that I need to put my junk in an extender or hanger for like 4-6 hours after my workout to expect any gains. Is this a legit concern?

Can anyone tell me some of their manual only success stories?

i put on half an inch of length manual stretching the ligs. i am now focusing entirely on the tunica to gt the .8 i need to get to 7 NBP

there are many success story’s around with manual work only, most more impressive then mine.

There is no reason to be skeptical. And if you had actually spent some real time around these forums, you’d realise that there are shitloads of manual only success stories. Keep on with it. Dedication will bring results.

I’ve seen a few. I’ve probably read about 200+ posts in the last week or two. Along with about 4-5 hours of research on various links in this forum. I have a feeling I’ll be changing my screen name sooner than later. (It was supposed to be SkepticAll.as in I’m skeptical of All things.including, but not limited to PE, somehow the capitalizing didn’t transfer).

I’ll admit, this would be a strange collection of members if this stuff wasn’t for real. There’s very little advertising and I see no self serving reason to lie about this stuff in a place like this.

Alot of the people who have posted nice gains seem to do some fair amount of hanging and or ADS stuff. I’ve read a few that didn’t mention it, but didn’t specify that they didn’t use those.

Thanks for the encouragement though. I’m four days in (including a rest day) and I feel like I’m doing the right stuff. No visible gains of course, but my hang feels a little lower and looser.

1.3” of length gained says manual only can deliver the goods.

No, it’s not the only one having great gains with just manual techniques - see Kingpole’ or Equine Rooster’ stats, to name someone else. So said, you don’t really to buy anything if you want to start hanging, and even making an homemade extender would cost about nothing.

I know what you’re passing through, I was sorta skeptical myself when I started (guess everybody is).

I’ve gained nothing in girth from very light to very intense manual exercises; in another hand, light as hell clamping gave me gains in no time (a cable clamp should cost about 2 dollars, I seriously doubt you don’t have that; first you should try manual girth exercises anyway and see if that works for you).

As of length: I never used any gadget and am about to accomplish 2” BPEL gain with no signs of slowing down rate in gains whatsoever; so far, so good (splendid actually :) ). I did basic stretches in the beginning and I’d say 70% of the gains came from A-Stretches performed in a couple of different ways.

Do your homework — you WILL gain, no doubt about it.

Ok. Thanks guys, very encouraging. I’m starting newbie routine (started Monday, today is my 4th work day, I’m going 2 on 1 off). After the 1st couple days I noticed some minor glans discoloration (faint purple spots) but aside from some very minor soreness no other ill side effects, I’m taking it easier on my head. I haven’t really been having great morning wood, but I’m also quiting smoking and starting a better diet and my rock hard morning wood always came when I was really relaxed and not wanting to get out of bed. I haven’t been able to sleep well lately, one week of cold Turkey from nicotine is probably why though.

Anyway, thanks for the advice. I guess money isn’t really the big problem so much as time and privacy (not really wanting wife to find out until she finds out the right way). So, I’m taking LONG showers and doing the newbie routine. So far, my flaccid hang is feeling pretty good, no turtling and I’m taking it slow.

I’ll keep you guys updated.

I’ve gained 0.75” in 2.5 months, all manual work. Must’ve be very lucky with beginner gains, but gains are gains. :)

I am sure that most people’s gains, especially length gains, came without use of devices. I got about 1” in one year with newbie routine and V-stretch. Also got some girth gains of 0.2” in this process.
So, gains are definitely possible with manual routines and also, do not overdo them. It will not help to try to do long sessions, especially not in the beginning. Patience pays off and there are no short cuts. Give it at least a year!

Manual = done by hand, without the help of devices. That goes for manual stretching, jelqing, V-stretching, squeezing, bending etc.

Yes, in my case, I’m just Jelqing, stretching and I tried to clamp with my hand but could only keep a decent hard on for about 5 min.

I also drive a 5-speed, not sure if that counts.
