Manual only. Are gains possible
At this stage I don’t have the time or money to buy devices or hang. I’m starting the newbie routine.
With dedication and a strong 30-40 minute manual routine (maybe a few Jelqs and stretches snuck in through out the day, and some mild Flowfing) can I expect to see some solid gains?
After reading some of the things about CREEP and Plastic deformation, I’m concerned that I need to put my junk in an extender or hanger for like 4-6 hours after my workout to expect any gains. Is this a legit concern?
Can anyone tell me some of their manual only success stories?
