Very short duration manual stretch - gains?

Just curious if anyone else has done this routine and had gains.

2-3 minute manual stretch at high tension @ 5-10 times a day.

This was my routine for 12 months and I gained 2 inches in length. The wife found out and I haven’t done PE for the last 12 months. Since then, her unit has adapted and I’m thinking of starting up again. I’ll probably continue with this same routine since it’s easy and I can do it at work. It’ll be interesting to see the effects of such a long lay-off when I jump back in.

I am doing something very similar. I am mainly interested in length gains. I’ve been doing just manual stretches (4 minutes, 3 times a day) for two weeks now, so I’ll report back with results as I gain.

I did 2-3 minutes once a day for three months and gained 1.0” inch. Since then, I’m doing 2-3 minutes on average twice a week and have gained onther 0.2” in three months.


Start: 6.3 x 5.2 (Feb '05)

Now: 7.9 x 5.65 (gain 1.6 x 0.45) - SFL 8.6"

Goal: 8.5 x 6.0 - Currently trying: jelqing, fulcrum hanging/bending. My data - Progress log

I am PE-ing for 2 years and gained less than 0.5” in lenght with 3 months of 15+ lb. hanging lately.

Either you are the biggest liars ever, or God’s favourites.

I started in July with a penis when Erect was only 5.25 and now it a little over a month and I am at 6.25. I think that I’am gaining fine with 5-6 minute stretches and hanging 10-12 mins with 15-20 lb right now.

Keep up the work the way you are doing it, you’ll be fine.


Starting Stats 7/15/05 -- Flaccid L 3.375"x Flaccid G 2.125", BPEL 5.250" x EG 3.750"

Stats as of 11/17/07-- Flaccid L 6.000"x Flaccid G 5.6875", BPEL 8.000" x EG 6.125"

Long Term Goal: BPEL 9.000"x EG 6.500" Dusty

That sounds like an interesting theory and one I’ll definitely try. How do you guys go about it? Do you stretch in all directions for say 20 seconds at a time or just concentrate on stretching in certain directions eg up and down for the duration?

That’s all you did and gain 1 inch, just like that? Hard to believe it !

I was stretching about 30 seconds at a time in all directions and repeated until my unit told me to quit. This was usually around 3 minutes because I was pulling very hard. Any more than that and I’d get the dreaded red spots. Sometimes I would pull less hard and make it to around 5 minutes.

Either you’re a hardgainer, or you’ve over training then. Dont be discouraged, you’ll get there in the end.

Hello by the way..

I myself being fairly new to p.e.(3mnths)

Have experienced no gains ,

None what so ever I’m on the verge of giving up I understand these things take time

However not even the slightest gains after strenuous amounts of p.e

I know I’m still fairly new and all you guys are great at inspiring with your story’s

So I will thank you for that

I suspect I have a low “LOT

Anyway any advise from any gainers welcome

Good gains, big knob, that routine usually only produces 1” in 12 months. I would check the units of measure on your scale.

Since when does PE have any “usuals”?

You’ve made several controversial (for lack of a better phrase) posts lately, yet with no back up to any of them.

Why should he check his ruler? I’m assuming the ruler is what said he’d gained. You cant misread 2 inches.
