Very short duration manual stretch - gains?
Just curious if anyone else has done this routine and had gains.
2-3 minute manual stretch at high tension @ 5-10 times a day.
This was my routine for 12 months and I gained 2 inches in length. The wife found out and I haven’t done PE for the last 12 months. Since then, her unit has adapted and I’m thinking of starting up again. I’ll probably continue with this same routine since it’s easy and I can do it at work. It’ll be interesting to see the effects of such a long lay-off when I jump back in.
