The vast majority of my routine in the last 5 years was manual exercises. I’ve done some hanging and some pumping but I don’t fancy hanging too much, and pumping gears expensive. My gains are significant, but I’ve realized I’ll probably never be content. It’s like body building, you get into this craze. Definitely don’t worry about spending money on PE, totally unnecessary. If you want to step it up in the future, on a budget, buy a cable clamp.


2005 - BPEL 6.0"x MSEG 4.5" (BEG 4.75"/HEG 4.625")

2010 - BPEL 8.0"x MSEG 5.75" (BEG 6.5"/HEG 5.875")

Goal - BPEL 9.0"x MSEG 6.5" (BEG 6.5"/HEG 6.75")

I see that you have a total growth of 1.5” in about 7 months, what have you done beyond manual since the 1st 5 months? Also, those are pretty impressive girth gains for that amount of time (judging by what I’ve seen) any advice there?

You have some pretty impressive numbers there.

If it’s not too tedious, let me know the following:

1. About how much time did you spend on your routine in the beginning? Minutes per day/Days per week, ect.

2. At your peak, what is the max amount of time you spend? Minutes per day/Days per week, ect.

I’m just curious how soon I might have to let my wife in on what I’m doing to commit the time needed.

Goal 1. Gain enough to change profile name

Goal 2. Get to atleast 7.5" x 5.75" (who knows, it's up to wifey if I want to shoot for higher) so I can feel solidly above average.
