Made a rice sock today

Hi guys,

I made a rice sock today 11”+ long 4” wide. So I think that is big enough to warm it up. Is it just me or does this burn your unit when applying. Starts off ok and then bang you are hit by a bit too much heat.

What I am doing is keeping on till its bearable and taking it off then reapplying? Or should I wait till it cools down? How do other people use it effectively? I don’t want to cook it haha.

Trying to see if heat other than a hot shower will help out.

When I take a wheat heat bag out of the Microwave I give the contents a good shake around then apply, once you have been using it for a while you will get to know exactly how long to heat it for.

They are much better than a shower warm up
