My story’s pretty much the same. It’s not like I’ve been losing my dick in the bushes, but it’d still be nice to have a larger one. I noticed this site and read about ‘jelqing’ and started to do it and immediately noticed results. I haven’t been measuring before now but it seems to hang lower and point higher, harder. So I’ll start with those measurements.

Start:

BPEL: 6.375”
EG: 4.5”

Goal:

BPEL: 7.5”
EG: 5”

I do have a question though. If I don’t stick to any specific routine, but just jelq a couple hundred times (lubricated) and stretch when I find the time, is that going to be a serious inhibition? Provided that I actually follow through with it and do it every day with a few weekly breaks, of course.

It rather depends on how much exercising you have done before. But a couple of hundred jelqs is a bit on the high side; and you may start getting red spots. - or black ones. . If so then cut the jelqs down.

The newbie routine would still be best though as when you ask questins or have problems , They are easier to answer it you are doing known exercises.

Question for the pros

Hello there I have just joined the forum and I must say I’m impressed with all the data, but I have a question here to the pros.
I have encountered several climes about people doing the exercises get results but then their hard work have been for nothing cause their penis size returned to it’s first state, is anyone of you heard about that kind of thing? And is someone tried to stop doing the exercises to see if the penis size staid the same?

Please help me here I’m desperate to know if those thing really work I’m willing to do about anything!

I have recently been introduced to this forum by a friend of mine. I don’t know your policies and rules just yet, so I’ll skip the naming and proceed to introducing myself.
I am a young female adult of 23, have been sexually active for give or take 6 years now.

Jelq every day

Hi guys, this is my first post. And I’m definitely starting PE:) //in a proper way :)
Although I have started some kind of stretching a year and a half ago, I have found jelq method recently, and I have a few questions..

My measures //I will post some pics soon..
Height:70 inches
Weight:145 pounds
BPEL: 6.8”-7.0”
Girth: 5.3”

First, can I jelq every day? My penis doesn’t have a complaints about it, but I’m thinking would it be enough to recover?
Second .like I said I have done some kind of stretching in erect state.which seems to be my own invention I guess :) and I have gained a 0.3-0.4inches in length approx. For a year or two .maybe I post some videos later..
So, would it be too much to combine jelq and stretching everyday?
And.. Any other advice would be great.

Few questions on Newbie routine :

The Newbie Routine

1. 5 minutes hot wrap
2. 5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
3. 10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
4. 5 minutes hot wrap
5. 50 kegels of five second holds each

Jelqing:

Isn’t the 200 a little excessive? Or is that just a benchmark?

Should I try 50~ one day and see how my penis reacts and keep going up until I see negative signs? Should I eventually be able to reach 200~ in the two months that I should be doing the Newbie Routine?

Stretching:

I find that I can a way better stretch/pull when I pull close to the bottom of the base of my penis. I still feel a stretch when I pull right below the head, but I feel a much tighter one if I go closer to the base.

Should I stretch closer to the base or go with right below the head? Or maybe both?

Everything in the newbie routine is just a benchmark. See how it feels to you, and adapt the routine to your specifities. In case of doubt, starting with less is better than starting with more. You could also try the linear routine instead that the regular newbie.

If you grasp near the base, you are pulling less penis, if it’s clear what I mean. So, try grasping right under the head; if after a week or two you still find stretching this way is not good for you, you could replace stretches with flaccid dry jelqs.

Try doing the regular newbie routine for a month, rest days included; if after this month you feel that you need more, than raise frequence, but even in the most advanced routines jelqs aren’t done more than 5 days per week. Your penis not complaining about it isn’t that much significative at this stage.

Stretching in erect state is not a new idea, and never been a good one. The penis can break easily if stretched in erect state, and has less compliance, so gains aren’t worth the risk.

One more question on Dry jelqs :

Basically, I hold my penis at the base, and just push up towards the head? Meaning that I don’t slide across my shaft, just kinda push the bottom part up towards the head (my shaft skin gets all bundled up etc. At the center)?

When I do this, I feel a stretch at the base but not the normal jelqing pump I feel when I do a wet jelq.unless I’m doing it totally wrong :D
