A series of newbie questions.

This is my first post on this site, And I’m pretty new to PE. I tried PE a few months back for a few days and just kind of forgot about it, But I started back up today. I realized I had a few questions that I needed answers to.

First of all, The usual overhand or underhand jelqing didn’t seem to work for me because I found it pulling on my public hair and causing pain, So I switched to the C Grip. My question is, Is the C grip just as effective as the others? Is it going to only focus on one part of my penis so I have odd measurements?

Second question is how much is overworking it? Like I said, This is close to my first time every doing PE, But I lost track of time and was reading posts while jelqing for like 30 minutes. I felt sensitivity and a few tingles as if my penis fell asleep, But nothing that actually hurt. I’m afraid I may have injured something. = (.

My last question is about stretching and flaccid size. Is there a stretch that doesn’t require an erection that boosts flaccid size? And I also hear briefs underwear boost flaccid size by a ton. My brother is 7 inches flaccid and 9 erect, And he says wearing briefs are the best thing for flaccid size. Has anybody heard of this actually working?

Anyway, Any info on any of these questions would be great. Sorry for the long post and the newbie questions, And thanks a bunch guys. = ))

Trim your pubic hair, shaving the shaft makes it even work better.

Your fine, but 30 minutes to start is a lot, if you notice you can't get a great hardon or your night wood stops than you are over training.

Your brother is just lucky to be hung like a horse he would have had a big dick even if he wore bikini briefs but boxers will give you a better hang. Most stretchers are done flaccid and will improve flaccid size even before erect size

Hi everybody !

First of all, excuse my awkward English, I use it rather seldom so my vocabulary is a bit limited ! I will also be a new contributor in the French section.

Until recently I believed PE was (according to the Medicine) bogus, until I came across the notion of jelqing.

Searching the web for that word, I came across this blog for example geocities.com/jelq2grow2/routine.html, which included pics showing that it actually works !

And then I found your site with further proofs that it works ! How amazing that this is so little known and widespread !

Although I never felt ill-endowed, I would not refuse a few gains in girth esp. As far as the glans in concerned !

Those pics were a motivation to start jelqing and kegeling, of course no measurable results are here yet, nevertheless it is great to feel a newer, healthier cock in one’s trousers ^^ and also a special feeling to practice so little known exercises !

Since jelqing involves “milking” the penis, my idea as a Swiss was to use milking grease as a lube http://www.eutra.com/eng/index_eng.html , a healthy, reputed and not expensive product. I have just read about the positive effects of calendula and am going to purchase such an unguent ; herbal medicine is widespread in Switzerland (unlike cable clamps !).

I hope giving so many external links for my first post will not be regarded as a lack of respect and I am looking forward to showing gain pics soon !

First time doing PE. It’s my second month (started at the end of May) and I’m wondering how this workout sounds:

Warm-up (5 min)
10 minutes basic stretch (five directions, two minutes each)
3 sets JAI stretch (15 per set)
150 Jelqs
Warm-down
5 days on (weekdays), 2 days off

For the vets:

1. I live in a place that doesn’t afford me much privacy, so I’m planning to stay with manual exercises for now. How important have mechanical exercises been for your progress?
2. I’m more interested in length than girth. For those with good length gains, any tips?
3. For those who’ve gained two inches or more in length, how long did it take? Any tips on how to persevere?

Welcome to the forum fellow NY’er, your work out looks good to start with. Mechanical devices aren’t necessary but are another weapon in your arsenal, since you don’t have much privacy you may want to look into all day stretchers so you PE on the sly. As far as how long gains take it’s different with all people but don’t expect miracles and expect PE to be a really long term hobby just like regular exercise.

Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!

I suppose it should be ok.

1. Many big gainers never used mechanical devices;
2. This question can’t be asnwered shortly; these are some specific techniques for length:
fulcrum stretches (‘A’ and ‘V’ stretches), hanging, using extenders and ADS.

Jelq questions.

I’ve been searching the forums for some time now and I cannot find the information I am looking for if anyone could help me it would be appreciated.

1. Wet jelq is for primarily length but will affect girth as well?
2. Is dry jelq more for girth? Is it too much for a beginner?

I don’t think either style is necessarily for one or the other — girth or length. It depends on technique and intensity. I can do slow wet jelqs with a tight grip and get a serious plumping that enhances girth. If you extend the stroke and pull your dick as far away from your body as you can, it benefits length too.

Dry jelqing is okay for beginners. Like everything else: just don’t over do it. I just find I get a better squeeze and feeling like I’m really targeting the tunica when I use lube, so I’ve always preferred wet.
