How long ago did you do any PE before? You mentioned some jelqs. How long ago was that? Otherwise, at just 20 days of doing this routine, I’d say it’s far too extreme. You need more rest periods and the pumping and Horse440s shouldn’t be added until your penis is very well conditioned. You could end up hurting yourself or toughening your dick to the point you don’t see any gains. Be careful, watch your PIs and take it slow. There is no rush and the best results come from knowing that.

Oh I know that but I don’t mean a full erection just a 50%-70% one. Even that is hard to keep.
