Hey I’m new here, I’ve been familiar with this place for a couple of years now but only just registered as I am a fresh 18 year old.

I joined mails to find more information as to how to increase my sexual endurance without the stereotypical distract yourself from the experience advice. Though as I explored the forums I found more and more guys with slightly above average dick sizes (such as my self coming in at a BPEL-6.78” and EG-5.75”) working hard at getting even bigger I too became inspired and decided I’ll give it a go! In addition to any exercises I will be doing to increase my stamina. I thank you guys for having such a welcoming and open community, making any onlooker feel welcome even though they may be just lurking.

I do have one question though, I’m heading off to basic training in the military in a couple months, which will last for 8.5weeks and I was wondering if that will mess with any gains in that period?

Your starting stats are definitely large, so no problem there! Congrats on that!

I’m not sure that I understand your question. Are you asking if taking an 8 1/2 week break will diminish any gains you made before then? If that’s the case, I would plan on some kind of maintenance routine that you can do while you are in basic training. Not sure at all how much privacy you will have to do even maintenance. But, even if you do lose any gains during basic training, it seems pretty usual for guys to regain any losses quite quickly after they resume PE

Welcome boomer, I’m also pretty new here myself, and I think being in a place where you can get instant opinions and share your progress will make a HUGE difference regarding your consistency.

8,5 weeks is not that much. I’d say, though, take this opportunity and set the goal to do PE in order to ‘learn’ how your body responds to the basic techniques (jelqing, stretching, kegels), but also if you prefer doing the exercises night or day, in your bathroom or while watching louis ck videos, if you enjoy the process or get bored etc

I am doing that 2 weeks now and I constantly try new things in order to find what suits best for me. So after you have accumulated knowledge in your head and hopefully inches in your penis, you take the 2 month break and then you will be able to go for it hard if you want to

Hey there. I’ve been a lurker for like, years, on multiple accounts cause I keep forgetting the e-mails/passwords that are associated with them. Regardless of which, I’ve never done PE too seriously; school and work just didn’t really allow much time to do anything really. I did the newbie routine on and off, couldn’t stay consistent. But I tried to do as many kegels as I could with various hold times. I think at most, I’ve done 100 dry jelqs at one point for my routine. Always did some manual stretches alongside heated wraps for my warm-ups. I wasn’t really experiencing gains but my EQ was through the roof. Having rock hard erections and being able to splurge a couple feet away did wonders for my confidence levels; kept me going strong in the bedroom.

It’s been almost 2 years since I’ve last done any PE or kegels or stretches of any kind. I miss the EQ a lot and I wanna take a more serious approach to PE; I’m not looking for much. My BPEL is 5.80” and EG is 4.825”. Goal wise, I’m looking for BPEL of 6.5” and EG of 5.5”, nothing crazy but would definitely require serious time commitment and that’s where my issues lay. I’m a tax accountant and I barely have time for sleep these days, let alone a PE routine. I guess what I’m saying is, I’m looking for a time sensitive routine that’d still allow me to enjoy minimal gains (as slow as they may come). Thanks for reading.

Sounds like an interesting challenge - defining a routine based on time constrictions of every day life.

There is a user named Hunglikeagerbil who developed an interesting minimal routine based on pure stretching. Have a search and read his logbook, I think that is a possible answer for you.

My answer is a bit different. I would say a split routine is easy: separate stretching and jelqing because finding twice 10 min per day is easier than once half an hour.

So you could do:

- In the morning before the shower a 5min heating and 2x30sec stetching and then the shower as warm-down.
-In the evening before a 5min heating and then 5min of jelqing followed by 5min of warm-down.
- Start on a 1on/2off frequency and add every month an on-day until you reach a 5on/2off frequency.

As stretching creates more fatigue on the dick it’s better to do it in the morning because sexual activity is more probable in the evening.

Just my 2 cents, but maybe it inspires you.

Long time follower first time poster! I’ve had some good progress so far and looking to keep going. I guess I have always PE’d just never knew it until I found this site, now I actually have a routine that work. Thanks for that!

Congrats! Resist the urge to do more. Stay in that sweet spot until you are no longer seeing gains.

Years ago I started reading about PE right here on Thunder’s.

As with the post just before me, even after only a couple weeks I noticed my EQ was phenomenal. I even thought I had already made gains.

I was hiding what I was doing, so inevitably - it didn’t work out. Taking long showers daily was becoming suspicious, I just had to stop. That happened twice.

About three weeks ago, I was called in to work to do a few assignments with a lot of downtime in between. I thought “this is perfect!” I went and bought some lube, brought a wash cloth in with me and started my routine. There was a new spring in my step this time. I don’t know why, I guess maybe I wasn’t giving my wife the fun she deserved in the bedroom so I decided to take it a step further than I ever had. I was feeling so great about myself, one night I came clean and told my wife about it and she reacted way better than I thought.

Pretty much she thought it was a little strange and bordering on self mutilation, but she was on board if it was boosting my confidence. Now I go in the bathroom comfortably and she knows what I’m doing and things couldn’t be better. I’m taking measurement and pictures and I’m noticing so many improvements.

I’m at about 6.5625” BPEL and I want to be at 8” BPEL. Girth I’m not really concerned with. I know I won’t lose any. So does anybody have any routine ideas for just targeting length?

Breaking my virginity here

Just a quick hello. Started pumping with the hydro max a number of months ago without much girth success, seemed to only be getting length. Came across this site and liked what I saw so I’m going to give manual PE a try. I’m really not interested in length more so than I want girth gains.

Currently 6.25x4.5 (long and skinny in my eyes) Goal 6.25x5.5

My spouse is not a tight lady so I personally would love to gain girth to make it more enjoyable for both of us.

Hey, I’m new here obviously. I’ve lurked on and off for a while and have tested some of the waters that is PE. I am new to PE but I have a plethora of questions and I don’t know where to even start. Can someone point me in the right direction? I have browsed quite a bit and learned a lot. I will be using the search feature as well when I get a moment, but I surely will still have questions. Could someone let me know the appropriate board to post in? It will cover a little bit of everything. Thanks guys!

hello, i am also new, and for the past 2 weeks i have been searching around for answers. imo you should

1. go and find the newbie routine
2. try and do it the same day, the only thing you need is privacy but for me it helps A LOT to have a kind of lube for your jelqs.
3. in whatever thing you do that you struggle during your session you should search around and ask about it.

for example maybe the program says do 10 minutes of stretching.
you go and watch a video of what a stretch is.
you try it but your hand slips when you try to do it.
you finish the session however you can and then you go and write at the search bar something like: “stretch hand slips”
you read, read, read and maybe find out that for some another grip is better.
you try it. it’s a little better but again, it slips.
you finish the session#2, get back here, read, read, read and you find that some use a towel in order to help with the friction.
you try it at session#3 and bingo.

well, like this there are hundreds of variables that you will have to be looking for and trying.

to finish this for me 3 things you should have in mind
1. PE works
2. it is a marathon, not a sprint race whatever that means to each person
3. don’t give up

Hi everyone, I’m new to the board. I been doing p. E. For about 3 years. I recently took a 2 month break off and now I’m back at it. Never took a break before but gain’s started slowing so I thought I would take off a little bit to give my soldier a rest to see if it help’s. Been back at it now for 3wks and it seem’s that my break was needed. Thank’s for having me guy’s!
