New To PE

Hello everyone.
I have been interested in PE for a few years, but due to my sceptical nature I have stayed away from it. Until now. I’m 25 years old, been dating the same girl for 7 years. She will one day be my wife. I have always been a bit self conscious about my size, even though my girlfriend enjoys my dick.

My stats: EL 5.75 EG 4.25

I am not worried about my length, she is shallow. But I would very much like to add some girth, even 1/4” just to be average. I am 6 days into a modified newbie routine that I created from lurking through this site. I’m going with the less is more approach and I will check back in at the one month mark.

I’ve been on the site before under a different name. Was PEing back when I was 18, 26 now. It has been about 3 years now since I have done any exercises. I am only a fragment smaller than when I fell off the wagon, 0.25” in both length in girth. I suspect when I lose some weight my length will be right back where it was, and that my girth loss is due to weaker erections from not taking care of my health. So I am here to add some motivation towards bettering myself in many different ways. I bring to the site my creative mind for constructing PE devices as I may be unveiling some plans in the following months.

I guess not *technically* a TP virgin (just submitted a comment on a thread yesterday: that was my actual first), but just want to say what up to everyone, and get another post in while I’m at it.

This site is amazing and I’m really hoping to help myself gain length, girth, and EQ here. There’s a wealth of good info and knowledgeable people on here: so just a big shout out to everyone for their contributions and for sharing their experiences and knowledge.

I’ve been “lurking” for about a month and a half while starting with the newbie routine, and I’m not sure I’m gaining in girth or length just yet (going to measure again in a couple weeks at the 8 week mark), but I know I’ve gained a lot in stamina and EQ already; presumably just from getting the blood flowing and cranking out the kegels!

Hopefully I can contribute a bit as I gain experience, but for now just wanted to post and say aloha from the 50th state. Get big, fellas!

First Post, Stretch Question

Hello everyone, first time poster, long time follower. Actually I’m new to PE and I’ve been reading and researching roughly a month now. I’ve tried several things, including newbie routine, but with my work schedule/kids in sports/ etc etc I just rarely have the time. But I figure twice-three times a week is better than nothing at all. With that said I wanted to say that I personally feel there would be lots to gain from ADS, since I believe that to be part of my problem. I’m a big fellow, 6’4” muscular but over weight and I’ve been noticing turtle heading mostly after workouts and swimming. So I researched PE and here I am. My question is whether anyone has heard of a hanger or all day stretch using a Chinese finger cuff, they make nylon ones for finger surgeries, also nylon ones for pulling fiber optic cable that look as though would work perfect but I’m wondering if anyone has any experience with these? I love the ADS but I’m looking for a quick and easy way to put it on and remove it. Any help or suggestions would be great! Thanks ahead of time!

Three days in

Hello! About myself, I am concerned with my size even though my girlfriend says it feels totally pleasurable and seems to enjoy it. My erect length is about 13,5 cm and girth about 12cm. Shortly, I have been wanting bigger for such a long time.

So I followed the newbie routine for first two days and now I had the first rest day but I had a strong urge to masturbate so I did it too. Is masturbating often okay or should I do it less if I want better results? Also, when will people following the newbie routine see the first visible results?

Hey everyone! I’m a long-time lurker like a lot of people here, but I thought I should post. I’ve definitely tried PE in the past, but it’s hard for me to stick to a routine (due to a combination of my weird schedule and my low motivation), so I thought by posting something here it’d be easier for me to make some sort of commitment. As for my goals, I don’t really have any specifics, I’d just like to grow! I’ll take whatever gains I can get. Hopefully I can make some contributions in the future, but for now I’m just a complete newbie. Nice to meet you all! :D

Hi all, I’m a new user here.

Had some PE experience in the last but nothing that lasted more than a month or so and didn’t produce any discernible results (any of which I probably lost anyway)

So I’m at it again, this time for a year and then from there I’ll evaluate. My routine currently consists of the following (2 days on, 1 day off)

10 minute heat sock warm up
5-10 mins stretches/bundled stretch mixup
10-15 mins wet jelqs and like 80% erection
2x 5 mins Bathmate Hercules pumped to maximum capacity (so I feel uncomfortably engorged, but not painful)
10 minute hear sock warm down
Usually a few mins of manual stretches throughout the day just to avoid the turtle and keep myself limber

I’ve been doing this for about a month now. EQ has shot up enormously, don’t know about length gains yet and kinda want to avoid measuring until the year is out (although I realise how hard this will be haha)

My flaccid hang is much more plump and my piece feels heavier in general in my underwear (probably the Bathmate).
What I did measure today was my current girth, then I used the Bathmate, did my warm down and then measured again and I had gained 1/4” in middle flaccid girth (coincidentally, my MEG is only 4.75” so to have my piece looking fatter and not even hard was awesome).
I know this is temp for now though but to see the increase, even temp was nice :D

Starting stats are:

6.5” NBPEL
4.75” MEG

There we go.

I’m gunning for 8” NBPEL by the time my first year is out. Not too fussed about girth so much but I know I’ll inevitably gain that too along the way, just don’t have a set goal for it.

Another thing to add to my post above is that when I use the Bathmate, I go in at about 30% erect and pump all the way up until my piece feels very very full.

I had the thing on today and whilst pumped to the max, I pulled out a tape measure and my piece was sitting at 8” (inside the pump).

This is really encouraging for me. I’m not that big yet but to know that I’m able to expand to that level is a good motivator.

Would you consider the quality of the hang after jelqing important? You can have a hang that is .25 smaller from your EG but .5 bigger than your normal flaccid girth and a hang that is the same as your EG for example.

How big of a factor does this play in gains ?
