I have been taking testosterone supplements and I have an appointment with a urologist to see if there are any physical issues that need to be taken care of. I know I have low test, but I would imagine that more of my issues are psychological instead of physiological.

Anyway, my goal is to increase my girth to 5.5” or even 6”. I would prefer to be bigger, but I don’t know if that is a reasonable expectation. I expect that I will gain some length in my journey, but I would prefer not to make my wife hurt anymore than I can already cause her.

Hello new guy, new guy here as well. I had similar experience to yours I too lost about 100lbs, currently 165lbs at 5’10. I also notice about an extra inch in length gain which was stunning. I’m average girth and above average length but I would love to focus in girth gain which I believe is a big key factor to pleasing our partner. In time after our newbie routine let me know if you find any girth routine helpful, vice versa I’ll let you know as well.

I’ve lurked for a while and finally decided to take the plunge. I was deleting spam emails a few weeks ago and saw something about the bath mate, which led me to purchase one, which led me back to the forum, and finally to see how far I can go with jelqing.

I’m currently 7 inches on the button, and ~5 inches in girth. I’ve always wanted to be girthier, and I would like to hit 8 by 6 at some point. At first it was because I got out of a relationship with a girl who was a bit looser, and really would have liked to fill her up more. Now I just want to do it for myself (and maybe a little for my next partner).

I’m one week in and haven’t re-measured, but I definitely hang lower flacid, feel thicker, veins are much more prominent, and erections are rock hard. I feel like I’ve been neglecting my penis my entire life, which is funny considering I take my weight-lifting/physical fitness very seriously.

I’ve not been lurking for too long, and decided why not just make my first appearance and say hello.

Today is the completion of my second month (stared 4/16/17) doing the Newbie Routine, and I don’t believe I’ve seen any growth yet, but I will keep at it.
What I have noticed is improved EQ, and more morning erections, but I have also now become the 3 minute man. Pretty frustrating as I used to be able to last a very long time. I’ll have to start doing kegels and learn how to do reverse kegels too.

Welcome, MadGirth. Other than the early ejaculation, I’d have said things were definitely on track. Improved EQ, and morning wood are often reported by newbies about to see some growth. I doubt that it’ll take long for you to get back to longer endurance times. Good luck.

Generally speaking, an off day should be just that. Let your penis rest. Recovery time is just as important for your cock as it is for your body after the gym.

Hello guys and girls:

Even though I have been happy with my 5.5 inch penis all my life, I decided to start doing exercises to make it bigger because I am already doing other things to improve my body that require discipline, patience, and commitment: I am lifting weights to grow muscle and eating less than maintenance to lose body fat and show my abs (I’m getting there). I might as well get a bigger penis. That will also take years, and I’m not in a hurry.

Plus I kind of want my penis to be long and thick enough to justify using a “regular” Fleshlight. I use the Fleshlight Go and the Flight, which are made for smaller men. I envy all the men with larger penises who can use all the different full size Fleshlights they offer. :-)

Anyway, my penis has been three inches thick and 5 and a half inch long with a full erection. Take into account that a man’s penis gets longer and thicker immediately before ejaculating, and these measurements are immediately after ejaculating. My penis goes down to 5 inches within a minute after ejaculation.

Remember, I have been happy with my five and a half inch penis all my life, even though I know it’s on the small side of average. I’m doing this because it is a challenge.

I want to thank you for all the advice and movies you added to this site, especially the newbie routine. It’s much better to learn from other people’s experience and mistakes than from your own. I already made and corrected a few mistakes. Long story short, I “forgot” to warm up my penis the first two times and didn’t do stretches; I just did jelqing. I want to stress that warming up your penis at the beginning and at the end is absolutely essential. My penis was “burning” the day after and for the next few days, so I had to rest for an entire week. Now that I’m using a hot, wet towel, it is much better and I am able to do the exercises one day and rest for two days (I want to play it safe and rest for two days. It is my only penis and I want to take good care of it).

I am now warming up for five minutes, stretching for five minutes, jelqing for five minutes, and warming up again for five minutes.

And I already noticed some results, which I read on this forum happen to newbies: The first one is that my flaccid penis is slightly longer than before. It has been three inches long for my entire adult life. Now, even though sometimes it shrinks down to three inches, at least 50% of the time my flaccid penis is now three and a half inches. I admit I like it more now than before, and I hope my flaccid length keeps growing!

The second thing I noticed was that, even though my erect penis is the same size as before, my erection quality is much better. It is firmer and harder. It feels like it was when I was 20. This is great!

Pulling my foreskin back during the exercises is very difficult, especially with my hands full of lubricant. So I have been doing it without pulling it back. I will try pulling my foreskin back today while stretching and see how it goes. I will keep jelqing without pulling the foreskin back; I hope that’s not a problem.

I will keep doing the newbie routine, getting more experience, and learning on this forum. Thank you again to all of you who have shared your knowledge with us here.
