Hello everyone. I stumbled across this forum while searching for ball banding/hanging information and love what I’m seeing here. I’ve intermittently done various penis and ball hanging over the years with trial and error research on my own but this is the first time I’ve really sought information online about different techniques. Nutrition and growth
Does what you have to eat play a major role on your growth? I was always into working out so I ate quite a bit of food daily and tried my best to make sure it’s healthy. But now I’m cutting down on some unnecessary fat so I eat A LOT less than I use to. Could this maybe slow down the growth of your penis while doing PE? Like is eating a factor in rebuilding your ligaments?
