Hey everybody. I am 21 years old and I have been doing penis exercises for one week now. My measurements are 6.9 inch in length and 6.5 inch in girth. I am following the JP 90 days routine because it looked like the most recommended for beginners. Given the fact that my penis is very thick my goals are mostly length gains so do you have any tips about that. Also what schedule do you think I should follow as I advance in time with this routine? Thanks in advance for those who find time to answer.

Your penis is not ready to deal with a focused routine (length-only for example). If you jump too fast on stretches (length exercise) your EQ will surely take the hit … and will go down.

Not sure about JP90 routine, but Linear Newbie Routine is showing to be an excellent conditioning routine.

Stick at Linear Routine for 6 months at 1 ON / 1 OFF schedule. While you are at it, you can use our search to learn more about length routines and approaches.

I understand that you don’t like to delete posts but this post doesn’t seem right to me and I want to create a clean profile with good threads so if you could do me this big favour I would be very grateful to you. I like this forum and I want to learn from it and contribute in a better way. Please help me.

Relax about the thread. It’s fine. Whatever else you have to say regarding this subject, just add it to the thread. People often have to clarify what they initially posted with other posts, it’s normal.

Now back to the subject. I think most people will suggest the same thing as Useless did. Stick with the newbie routine for a while. Most people get gains from this. Plus it will condition your unit for more intense length work later on.

I did the jp90, so do that.
It seems like every PE site is rolling out and promoting their own routines (like linear routine on thunders, jp90 on pegym, dld beginner on mos, .) but all I can say is, that I did the jp90 and gained greatly!
I did my jelqs at low EQ (30%, engorgement) and it pretty much yielded only length gains. Quite a big amount at that!
Might not work the same way for you though! We are not anatomically identical and I doubt you will do the exercises exactly 100% like I did.

Last thing - I think I boosted my gains through edging after each session for at least 30 min, usually up to 1 hour, without ejaculation. Not sure though if that did it. But others didn’t gain as much as I did in that short time frame (2-3 months).


Then: 6.5 BPEL | 5.5 NBPEL x 5.5 MSEG | 5.0 BEG

Now: 8.11 BPEL | 7.24 NBPEL x 5.5 MSEG | 5.0 BEG

It’s not that. Is just that I would like this thread deleted and if one of the moderator wold help me that would make me very happy.

WE DO NOT DELETE THREADS !!!!!! there are things every mod want’s to delete but we can’t ,once people are involved in a thread we cant delete it.


Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.
