Okay, my question is, has someone, or does someone know of someone who gained from an extremely light session? Maybe 10 minutes every other day in the shower… or everyday if that works for lighter sessions. I know it might take longer, but I’m wondering what would happen if I just did that everyday or everyother day? Do you think after a year to 3 years I’d have gained an inch or so? or would I be wasting my time? thoughts.

Okay good. Thats also an issue for me. I’m only 22 and I have some erectile problems. I know some of it is psychological, but that is due to me not having very good erections… Knowing this only makes them worse, especially when it comes to sex.

Since we are on the subject, I’ve read various posts on kegals and so far, I don’t have a clear answer whether it’s good or not. Would you suggest them?

Kegels? Yes, definitely start doing them.
