Is my routine too light
I have been trying to gain some length for the past few months and have had some good success. I’m currently at 7’25 x 6.00. Iv been doing 300 semi flaced jelqs and 20 of the 20 second rep stretches to the left, right up and down and then the 360 rotating jelq 20 times for 15 seconds. My question is really that Iv been doing this for about 2 and a half months, should I up these times or reps? I know it is a little different for everyone but is this considered a lighter workout? Thanks.
