Ligament stretch question?

Ligament stretch question?

When doing helicopter stretches all the way round, when I rotate around to my left side it feels as if my stretch rubs over or slips over a ligament. I can feel it a lot around the base of my shaft and running downwards into my body and am guessing it is a ligament but am not sure.

My penis points to the right so I am guessing this might be restricting length along the right side which causes it to curve right but I may be wrong as my right tunica feels more firm and tight compared to the left when jelqing at a higher erection level.

If anyone has any ideas of what it may be, it would be greatly appreciated.

I’ve really thought of the rotary stretch as more of a tester for your ligaments. Helps to find the tense spots where you may want to apply more intensive work to. Over time I’ve absolutely noticed that the tension is in different spots.

I’m fairly certain I’ve exhausted potential gains from ligament work though. You should read up on LOT theory because it does kind of get to a point where log work is kinda useless.

I thought LOT was proven wrong?

Any other insight on these tight chords. Do they have the potential to be stretched for length growth? It feels as if it is inside the shaft though, not really a ligament.

For some extra info, when I rotate it around in circles I find that it flicks over and rubs when pulling Straight up to the left. Or is it just a tight septum?

Ignore the LOT theory. Just stretch easy. Ease into the stretch and relax into it. Take your time and make sure you are gripping appropriately. I have the same steel cord running up almost my whole shaft and I have gained length wise. I’m sure you can too.
