Ok guys, hopefully I can get a pic up soon. But when I stretch down, or even SO, it seems as if my entire pubic area is on top of the ligament. This goes all the way up to where it meets the crease between your thigh and pubic area as well. Im having a real hard time describing it, but I cant tell if this means my ligs are high and tight or loose or what. But when I pull on my cock almost all of my pubic hair seems to rest on this ligament. Is this normal? Can anyone show me some pics of their ligs? I think my lot is somewhere around 7 or 8, probaby closer to 7 if that helps at all. Im just wondering about this because maybe I can curtail my workout to help me receieve gains. i.e. stretching down is worthless cause my ligs are already loose or something. Ive been pe’ing for about a month or so. cock feels great otherwise.

Kind of like a triangular tent from the topside of the base of your shaft up towards your abdomen? I have a bit of that, less now than before.

Its not so much im worried about gaining with my LOT or whatever, I think I have even made some small gains already. Definetly more veins and better erection quality and flacid hang as well. Im just wondering about my ligs if Im out of the ordinary with this tent thing. Sometimes I envision the lig not being there and I think to myself my dick would still be the same size (of course its just in my head though, I hope). Nonethless, I still feel a good stretch with the ligs when I do stretch, but can some people naturally have ligs loose enough or long enough where stretching them wont help? Or is that the basis of the lot theory?

Big Dainjerus: The “tent” thing is not your ligaments; it’s the skin and superficial fascia in your lower abdomen. I have the same thing, and I’ve seen it on many pictures that guys have posted here.

The ligs are much, much deeper structures that you almost certainly cannot see.

As you can see from Mgus’ link above, I think you’re best off ignoring your LOT, and not just from the viewpoint of gains potential. I think you should not hesitate to stretch down if you feel it is productive, even if your LOT is 6 o’clock or below.

The idea is not merely to stretch your ligaments, but also to use your pubic bone and ligaments to help in stretching your shaft. I think downward stretching can be very productive for many guys, for reasons unrelated to LOT.

By the way, you’ll hear a lot about “lig stretching,” especially if you read Bib’s old posts. I’m not a big fan of lig stretching, per se. Stretching down can be a very useful way of applying tension to your shaft, but I think guys should leave their ligs intact as much as possible. We might need them.

Also, stretching you ligs does not increase the size of your penis, it just allows it to hang down lower. I believe that lengthening the shaft is a much better use of your PE time.

Thanks Modesto. And the lengthening of the shaft can be done using downward stretches correct? I was just under the impression that all downward stretches were “lig stretches”. I don’t know, all I know is that stretching downwards I can get the best grip and pull force.

You can stretch the shaft by pulling in any direction. Pulling up has some benefits because the ligs are lax in that position, allowing the tension to extend all the way back to where the crura anchor into the pelvic bones. The idea is that by exposing the entire shaft, stem to stern, to the tension of stretching, you can get greater growth than if you exposed just the part of the penis that’s in front of the ligs.

But this principle needs to be balanced against the possibility that downward stretching may be a particularly efficient (and easy) way to expose the dorsal surface of the tunica to localized stress. The dorsal part of the tunica is the real limiting factor, at least as far as FSL gains are concerned. That part is easily targetted by downward stretching. It is also targetting by hanging SO, especially with a fulcrum.

SO with a fulcrum may be optimal, because it exposes the entire shaft to at least some tension and targets the tunica’s dorsal surface.

For most people it is erroneous to think you can lengthen the shaft, this is a common misconception, if we could theoretically lengthen the shaft we could then theoretically lengthen our penis to the floor. The “play-Doh theory,” just does not merit consideration, PE would be so easy for everyone if the physiology were simply soft epidermis, than we could deform/stretch to our woman’s content.

You have to expose your inner penis by doing so you will realize additional length. When your flaccid the majority of your length derived through erectile circuitry will come from inside your body; it scopes out, the objective is to get more of your penis to scope out. Most of us have a finite length we can achieve and optimize through PE techniques.

Intelligent Design has set some limits as to what is possible and what is not with regard to the penis. If you take a common sense approach you can realize all that God gave you, if you choose another approach you may end up with a Kia.

I was just about to ask for his opinion on PE at high altitude…
