Lig POP???

Lig POP???

So I have heard about this lig pop thing for quite some time. I still just manual stretch and stretch with the captains wench on occasion because my hand gets pretty tired. As I was pulling just a couple of seconds ago I hear more of a tear than a pop. It wasn’t painful at all but it was a weird feeling. I was wondering if anyone else has a experienced a kind of tearing noise when tugging on your junk. I haven’t measured anything I’ve heard that a lig pop usually adds 1/2” in pretty much an instant but I can’t confirm that yet. Again I have no pain at all just the dull ache of fatigue I have been riding for a few weeks. The noise just got me a little concerned. I will measure when I get a hard on and I will post if there are any changes. I hope someone has some insight into what this could have been.

Happened to me once a looooong time ago. Hasn’t happened since. Freaked me out for sure, but my dick is just fine. I hear it’s fairly common.

If you were pulling straight down and hard and it felt really weird and kind of scary, it was probably a lig pop. There are no length increases associated with a lig pop however. Sorry :(

If it were true that you gained 1/2” from a lig pop, this place would have been renamed Thunders Popping Place a long time ago. :)


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

No length increase

So I pulled out my trusty ruler as soon as I got an erection and there are no gains from this little scenario that just played out. I had my fingers crossed for that half inch unfortunately there hasn’t been much change. Now I don’t know if I should do more stretches to prevent turtling or if should I just keep at what I’ve been doing. Should be interesting to see how this plays out for my next official measurement. Thanks for the input guys.

Adivce taken. Since I wasn’t feeling any kind of pain that caused discomfort I figured I was doing just fine. I don’t want to cause any injury that will prevent me from keeping my routine going but I will definitely be using less force. atleast for the next couple of weeks or so.

Noob here,
So are lig pops normal?

Are they something we want to avoid?

If so how do we do that? Just take things easy?

I used to get one every time when I stretched my unit straight out. After hanging BTC for couple of months they stopped.

Before PE I used to get them while having sex. It was pretty funny, every time I was inside my girlfriend and if my dick was bended down just a little we could hear and feel a pop lol.
