Hello ! This a little long but please bate with me.

I can almost guarantee this has NEVER been asked.

I have a muscle disease where basically the muscles in my body are really weak and don’t regenerate.

(I know this disease affects my skeletal muscles but not too sure if my smooth muscles are affected)

Example of me trying to build muscle : if I went to the gym and did anything besides light cardio ,( ie something that causes purposeful micro tears to the muscle) I would not get bigger but would lose muscle mass as my body does not have the ability to build new muscle.

My question is in YOUR exerpertise and opinion, is it safe for a newbie like me to gain?

PE primarily targets collagen, not muscle, although smooth muscle is involved to a degree.

If I were you I would try a light starting routine like the Linear Newbie Routine on an ‘every other day’ schedule and if you don’t see any negative reactions, slowly increase it over time.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

I would avoid kegels.

I’m new to PE, but this is what I can think of.

What’s the point in increasing the penis size if the are no kegels to back the new gains up? Sounds like big and soft member aisle.

Why no kegals?

Kegel is a skeletal muscular exercise.

Jelq and stretch are not muscular exercises, but smooth muscles inside the penis are involved indirectly when you make pressure.
