Length routine

Hi,I’m new in PE,I’ like to do an intensive routine for increasing length. Any advice?

I’d also like to do that as my girth is sufficient.

I’m searching for a very intensive routine for very intensive results :D

From what I can gather is stretching and ADS with a device is probably best for length growth. What’s your length now and girth?

My length is 15 cm(6 inches) and girth is 13 cm (5.1 inches).I’d like to increase my girth but I lost erection when I make jelq

I think jelqing gived greater girth and doesn’t really help much with the length. Jelqing got my girth to where it is today.

What are your progresses? :)

When I first started PE my cock was 14.5 cm by 12.5 to 13cm (Not exactly sure on girth as it varied from base to below glans, which it still does I guess. My current stats are 18cm x 15.5cm (at the base) 15cm higher up.

My advice start with the newbie routine and build your way up from there if you jump on to some advance stretching then you will definitely injure your self.

Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.

Ok, I guess your mind is set to destroy your penis . Go injure yourself.

Start with the newbie routine , there is a reason why we tell you to do that. It conditions your penis for advance exercises. Even now I hold back on doing very advanced stretches.

You do newbie routine and you gain .5 inches in 3 months then you move to bit advance routine then you gain 1 inches in 8 months, If you hit a plateau just a slight change in routine and you will gain more .

If you jump into advance routine and by some miracle you didn’t injure your penis you will have gained 1 inches in 8 months but you will hit a plateau here you will need to push harder find exercises to push you penis to gain or you will have to take de-conditioning breaks for 3 to 6 months. In the long run you will suffer .

At first I used to only jelq but found my junk was just getting thicker. I have never really gone overboard and spent the amount of time that many others on this site do. Early days I used a handsome up vacumn pump which I don’t think helped at all and yet I was very dedicated. Perhaps it did help a little with the girth but not length.

My routine is simple. When I wake up I generally wake up with a throbbing hardon and so I edge for about an hour and do plenty of PC’s with my hardon, usually 5 seconds at a time, about 10 at a time then edge for a while and repeat so that I get a lot of blood into my dick.

Then I run a hot bath and soak for a few mins and do a 3 min stretch downward, followed by 60 jelqs. I repeat this for a total of 4 times. Occasionally I wear my extender for between 30 and 60 mins, but because its so uncomfortable I haven’t done so in months. Throughout the day I do a 2 to 3 min stretch after every pee. I drink a substantial amount of water so pee regularly, about 6 times per day. Before I sleep I do another 3 min stretch and 60 dry jelqs.

Every 2nd evening I pin my junk with PGE-1 which gives me an approx 3 hour hard erection which can be quite painful, but gets better after a few times. I do take a lot of supplements too.

Alivegeta I will continue the newbie routine, I just want to know if there is anything that gives you more results, even with a bit of risks
