Last question:2 stretching sessions a day is better than 1?

Never tried the BTC stretch. Looks interesting and will try it. 1 good stretching session daily should be enough. I spread throughout the day as I explained earlier in this thread. If you do decide to do 2 then you may need more rest days. Rest days are important for growth.

I need length too, and I have been doing the manual stretches for some time. Do you guys also get sore where you grip (the “ring” around the bottom of the glans and the skin below the glans)? I’m uncut by the way.

Here is my opinion.

Start with the linear routine. Finish it.
Continue with the newbie routine. Finish it.
See what happened to your penis. Did it grew in length, girth or both?

Then you can focus on your preference. I am saying this because this way is perfectly safe and gives your penis the change to develop according to it’s physiology. Some penises favor length, some girth and some both. I strongly believe that your penis will show you its strengths and weaknesses.

Then you can work on its weaknesses.
