People on a clamping routine can still gain length
Has anyone on a clamping routine gained length. I’ve been doing it for like a month and gained no more length and I heard other say the same but I don’t think they really tried for length. Oh and I know it’s been said you should get length first then girth. But is it actually still possible to get length if you do the exercises whilst on a clamping routine. I’m thinking the stress and all the discolouration etc that clamping does would take quite a lot of resources to heal so if you do length exercises perhaps the body would have a harder time repairing so it would stay longer if you do it alot for when it finally does repair. But yeah any experiences?
