People on a clamping routine can still gain length

Has anyone on a clamping routine gained length. I’ve been doing it for like a month and gained no more length and I heard other say the same but I don’t think they really tried for length. Oh and I know it’s been said you should get length first then girth. But is it actually still possible to get length if you do the exercises whilst on a clamping routine. I’m thinking the stress and all the discolouration etc that clamping does would take quite a lot of resources to heal so if you do length exercises perhaps the body would have a harder time repairing so it would stay longer if you do it alot for when it finally does repair. But yeah any experiences?

Yes there are people that have gained length from clamping (I am one of them). Even though that are those that have gained length from clamping, it is seen as secondary to what clamping does. In other words even though there are some that have gained a little length from clamping, it shouldn’t be a surprise that you only gain firth from it. It is possible but not guaranteed.

Well I see what you’re saying but what I asked is. If you’re doing length exercises and clamping. Can you gain length just as easily pretty much assuming you don’t have a huge girth already. I’m just thinking possibly the effort of recovery clamping takes on the body would make it harder to gain length.

I am just guessing that a lot of people can’t find the time to do “everything”. So once they start clamping, they sort of give up on the length oriented exercises. That being said, I do think it is harder to gain length, the more girth you have.

Great idea from sparkyx, stretch before every clamp session(there may be solid science behind it).

I gained quite a bit from clamping, not sure how much however. Apart from my initial newbie routine(first few months), I have never really done much stretching at all, only jelqing(high erection%), girth squeezing exercises and clamping. As you can see I have had impressive length gains. Do note that I am an undertrainer.

You’re like young though, I am too but reaching near the 21years stage where It’s impossible to grow naturally. I swear I’ve read things from you about having loads of testosterone or something to help. Or maybe I’m thinking of someone else. I never really stretched either. I think I’ll spend a good half an hour before clamping everyday now. I mean I would forget the clamping until I get my length gains but I want a half decent girth now so will risk it. Thanks for the tip about high erection jelqing. I keep switching back and forth. I started on medium then rock hard because I would get rock hard (that was in the newbie stage and ended up with alot of spots) so moved to very low and downwards now I’m doing like 50%, the low downwards combined with stretching for half an hour - hour and no girth exercises seemed to work well. When I get like half an inch of girth I might go back to that If I have gained no more length.

Oh and the thing is before clamping I’m not fatigued so get hard easily. I prefer to clamp like this then stretch when I’m tired afterwards.. Are you sure theirs solid science. I guess I will try it.

The science is that stretching will splay the circumferential(girth) collagen fibers in the tunica. It is somewhat likely that splayed fibers are easier to elongate(in the girth direction) than non splayed fibers.
