Length not girth - 6.5 x 6.5

Good Day and thank you in advance for your advice.
I pumped/jelqed about 6 years ago for about 6 months to a year and am now getting back into it.
My challenge is I am thick, maybe too thick (at least my wife thinks so) and would like to work on strengthening (as exclusively as possible).
I have a 2.25” x 9” pump. I am also jelqing (still re-starting).
I just purchased an ADS device and a silicone sleeve to wear in the pump (still waiting for them to arrive).

Any suggestions from the experienced members?

Well, one thing most of us agree on is that a pump is designed with girth in mind. If you pack your tube it may help length but…*shrugs*

I would recommend jelqing, manual stretches, and hanging. Your girth is likely too much for an extender.

What are your thoughts for the ADS devices?

They supplement a routine. Using them for primary length growth is not advisable as they’re hard to calibrate and work so slowly solo that they are hard to track, in my opinion.
