Okay sorry if I’ve posted a thread just like this one my thing kinda glitches so I’m not sure if it loaded or making me start over but anyways

Should I work on length and girth separately because I haven’t found anyone with a routine that gives you good length and girth gains at the same time if you have a routine like this tell me but if not please give me some advice should I work on girth and length completely separate? Or switch between the weeks like length for 2 weeks then girth for 2 weeks then so on and so forth or should I just do length until I reach my goal/limit and do girth afterwards

And if you guys have any length routines or exercises I should incorporate into my routine let me know I would love to speed up my gains :)

No routine guarantees any particular gain ratio. What your penis is prone to gain is based on your body and it’s tendencies. Our routines only suggest to the body the changes we wish to see.

We recommend the newbie routine so you can start there and get a feel for manual exercises. There are a few dozen designed for different things, that work different ways. But just basic jelqing and stretching gives both to most beginners.

I recommend starting a routine and seeing how you feel, not overloading on information. I could tell you that “x, y and z” exercises gave me girth and they not work at all for you. So, hands on research and time is best. Just pick a routine, ease into it and learn by doing.

Ok thanks yea my current routine seems decent I just wanted to make sure but ill take your advice thanks
