I did the newbie routine for 2 1/2 months i didn’t gain anything in length gained a bit of girth so i stopped for 3 months due to some personal issues then i started again . I’ve been at it for 2 months now . so i have gained .7 in length and .1 in girth .I know u might think i have made a mistake in measuring my penis . No there was not mistake . but i can explain how i got .7 in length in 2 months . Ok so i masturbate like every other day so therefore my EQ has never been great for as long as i can remember . When i started doing kegels my EQ when off the roof i had never felt my dick being so hard. i think at-least .5 of my length came from improved EQ. so that way I’ve actually gained only .2 in length but i have still gained a good amount of size. when i started again after 3 months i changed my routine completely.

So, the problem i have is when my penis is erect i can see stretch marks, just below the glans where i hold for my stretching exercises should i slow down or is this normal. Is there a way to get rid of these stretch marks.

(main focus is length )
-My routine
-1min holds in all six directions (with kegels).
-V-Stretch-3min.
-A-stretch-3min.
-JAI-stretch -3min with kegels and reverse kegels .
-And i jelq for 5 min /2 sec per stroke.
-DLD blasters (laying down) i only do it 3 times a week for 5 min.


Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.

I am out right now i have always done warm up before PE never skipped over it . Should i try doing PE without any warm up .

FYI i am circumcised . I don’t have any major stretch marks . I just have very tiny stretch marks below my glans.
